Great value, location and I can't say enough about their roof top deck. Just steps to the forum, Colosseum and circo maximus. Nice neighbourhood with some decent restaurants near by. Breaky was yummy and they were flexible with the timing.

A unique opportunity to say in an old family home in Rome; very comfortable and with real character. The hospitality and helpfulness of Pierfancesco and the team are outstanding and the location is excellent.

Located in the heart of Rome, a family run busines. It was my son's 11th birthday and the owner kindly accomodated my request to provide a birthday cake. Good breakfast, friendly ghost story and nice rooftop view.

There is this mindblowing app called Googlemaps you should check out. It's a nineteen minute walk from the appartment to the steps. Distance is 1,6km. You'll burn 87 kcal.

No coffee making facilities in the actual room but each room shares a common kitchen with coffee, cooking and a fridge available. Its like being at home, you walk out of your bedroom and into the kitchen.
