The place is great! Just a couple of minutes away from the Spanish steps, I dont think you could get a better price with such a central location. The people who run the guesthouse are very warm and helpful! The bed is very comfy and without much extras, the room is just what you need! I would def return back... More

One star is really too high for a hotel that fails to honor your reservation, leaving you stuck in the middle of Rome on a Friday evening with nowhere to stay, then offers you no alternatives or compensation for your trouble. Finding a good, reasonably priced room in a great area in Rome is hard enough when you do it... More

Hello, I'm sorry for what happened but as I said we have received your booking cancellation. Unfortunately we did not have a reservation. We have done our best to find a new place together looking for an hour or more. The Town House unfortunately does not have many rooms so we could not accommodate you . is only for the... More

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be able to experience the real atmosphere of the city and walk to all the sights. Yet once you get inside the door it is peaceful and quiet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, each with their own individual style. Paolo was really friendly and extremely helpful in... More

A top class hotel in the heart of Rome! Close to all the shopping streets and only a few minutes to Piazza di Spagna. The staff was very helpful and friendly and this was one of my top two hotel experiences! If i would come back to Rome again, I would stay at Town House Spagna again for sure!! We... More

Paolo was a very accommodating host. Our room was spacious (for Europe anyway) and well-appointed. Located on a nice street with good restaurants nearby, although it gets quiet at night -- but still feels safe. Short walk to Spanish Steps and metro. We also walked easily to most other tourist sites from here: Coliseum, Vatican, Trastevere, etc. Breakfast was good:... More

This is an excellent choice to be in the center of Rome for and excellent price, without giving up to great rooms and service. Located few steps from Piazza Spagna and surrounded by restaurants and top shops. A nice staff, beatiful decorated rooms, very good breakfast (including capuccino..). What else will you ask for .... Of course, we'll be back... More

Paolo, the owner, is a most gracious man. He was very helpful and attentive to us. The room was clean, big, and most importantly quiet in a noisy city! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big, especially for Europe. The location of Town House Spagna was perfect, close to the metro, restaurants, shopping.

Beautifully designed rooms, perfect location for visitors. Staff was very polite. Keep in mind it's a Bed & Breakfast, so you shouldn't expect hotel service. However I prefer a quite and clean B&B with renovated rooms rather than an expensive old fashioned hotel (which is what you generally find in the center of big cities) with small and old rooms

The Town house Spagna is a new B&B hotel in a very good place of Rome, Besides to Via Condoti & all the commercial streets of the central Rome. It takes 2’ walk to Piazza di Spagna, 5’ to Piazza di Popolo, 10’ from Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona & Panteon, and 20’ to Vatican or to Coloseum (from the... More

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our hotel. As the owner I would like to make some clarifications. We do not have wood panels to divide our rooms. The walls of our apartment are thick, it speaks of a building 700. Sometimes you have enterprising young people right next door. We apologize for the lack of electricity for your... More
