We initially had difficulty spotting this B&B, despite directions from Stefano, as it is on the first floor of a shared building, hidden behind huge brown doors with no external signage. But it was exactly where it was shown to be on the information provided...More
Very near to Termini Station & just a few steps from Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff's behaviour was very nice. Perfect for a solo traveller. I visited Rome in Mid-March 2017. All sightseeing tours buses stop at a point...More

Pros: great staff , breakfast is modest but good, good price, great location 3 blocks fro railway and metro ,quiet, large rooms, large washroom.

Talk about perfect location and a very nice building. The breakfast was sufficient and room was very clean, the view of the basilica was perfection. Our only complaint was not enough hot water for two showers in a row.
This was an amazing bed and breakfast (croissants and self-serve coffee for breakfast)! Stefano was very helpful. Our room had a walk in closet and a huge bathroom! We definitely used the air conditioning because Rome is HOT!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
