This is the second time that my family and I have come to Le Suite di Via Catone. This is the best B&B we have ever been to. The staff is so helpful! The rooms were super clean, and the location is excellent. Steps from the Vatican and the metro. Nice restaurants too. We had a great breakfast and the...

We were travelling from Florence on the Saturday night, so hot and sweaty, having taken train and tube, I was really hoping that this would be a good one. I certainly wasn't disappointed! The service was great, right from the start when we were approached by an employee as we arrived (there is no reception area on street level). He...

One of the good places i stayed during my trip. About 5 minute walk from underground(metro line A) Ottaviano. only being a few steps away from the Vatican (St Peter's basilica + Sistine Chapel) ,Free Wi-Fi (It was a positive for me). There are two things that lacked at this hotel. The front door to the building has a key, which is all fine, but there was only one key and we were two that didn't always come home together. You simply could not get into the building, that was bad. The other is that when they leave at 6 or 7...

We where very happy with our stay here. Breakfast was brought to our room every day and consisted of croissants, toast, jam, butter, coffee and fresh orange great to start the day. It is very quirky being on the fifth floor of an Italian residence very authentic. The location is superb only one block away from the vatican. My only...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
