Michael the proprietor (we believe) ended up coming to our rescue when another B&B was overbooked. My husband and I were hesitant at first as the area is not "upscale" however we found the room to be very neat and tidy with a separate washroom with good shower head! Would not hesitate to recommend 4 Rooms to those who are...

Room #3 was clean, spacious, double bed, nice bathroom. Terrific AC. You are literally 5 minutes. From Vatican City. Good restaurants. A supermarket. And a drop off laundry service across the street. Bus stop down the block. Not a bad place for exploring Vatican City or walking east to other attractions. No staff on Site. It is pretty much self...

I just came in from Rome where I stayed at 4Rooms Roma for 4 nights with my mother. Pluses: -very good location, at a 5 min walk to San Pietro -bus station (64) in front -breakfast pretty rich considering what I've read before; every morning in room: 2 croissants, 4 packets with 2 slices of toasted bread, 2 muffins and...

We stayed a week in Rome the end of October. The price was great, as was the location. A few blocks from the Vatican - grocery nearby, as well as many eating places.
