My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights at the tail end of Italian vacation. First off, the location is probably the biggest selling point. You're a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. [TIP: If it was too crowded earlier try visiting at dawn when it's basically deserted.] The Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and many other attractions were less than a 15 minute walk. Tiger helped us with check in and even ran up the stairs with both our luggage. He was super friendly and proved useful on our trip with tips and transport to the airport. The room itself was comfortable. It took me a while to figure out the AC but eventually got the hang of it. (Americans should select "turbo" setting) The best was just the right balance of firm and soft. Extra pillows were provided just as requested which was great. There was a small terrace outside from which to eat breakfast in the morning. We did this once.... it was quiet out there. The shower is separated from the rest of the bathroom which was a bit awkward as there's only a drape. Not a huge deal though. The water was hot enough and pressure was fine. Our room included a refrigerator for drinks. I'm American and used to freezing cold temperatures so waiting 2 days for a beverage to become cold enough takes some getting used to. This is common in many hotels in Europe, however. It was quiet and comfortable and that's all we could ask for. The blinds made the room nice and dark which was much appreciated when napping after a long day of sightseeing. At the time of this writing there was no breakfast buffet, just room service breakfast. You'll mark your selections and hang in on the door in the morning. This worked out OK. It's a little inconvenient to have all this cutlery, cups, plates and food everywhere when you're in a small room to begin with but these are COVID times and the hotel is doing what it can to provide a pleasant experience. In general the food was good but I was disappointed there weren't any eggs, cheese, or pancetta/bacon like the other hotels we stayed at. As a result we opted for breakfast out one morning. The coffee was of very high quality, however. All in all a pretty good stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a central based hotel for a few nights.

Let me start by saying that this place is in the perfect location. I was able to walk to all the tourist places without any problem. The hotel room for a single person are very small with a twin bed but it was perfect for someone traveling alone. There’s cafe bars, gelato, and a lot of restaurants right next to it. This place is clean and the staff is AMAZING. The two gentlemen’s in the front desk made my visit so much better. Tiger and Fernando went about and beyond. They answer any questions, I didn’t know where to take my COVID test and Fernando on his personal time went to a pharmacy and got all of my questions answers & booked an appointment. I wanted to takes a spontaneous trip to Florence & he researched how to get there and what do to, even printed it out. Those are just some of the things that they did and because of their attention & friendliness I will be coming back to this hotel.

Location was the best thing about this facility. You can reach Fontana di Trevi in 2-3 minutes. I loved the breakfast, it was great. You fill out a form every night specifying what you would like to eat, and they bring it to you at the time interval you requested. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shower could be better. If there was a door to it, it would be much better since all of the water goes out. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely stay here if I come back again.

We arrived at the hotel and we were surprised in the worst way! As you can see in the photos the hotel is like a dungeon. Very dirty and old. The sheets and curtains are dirty, hair on the floor and everything is ruined! The hotel was very dirty and in a very bad situation. The receptionist was very rude and unwilling to help us.He did nothing to help us and additionally he spoke rudely to us.
