We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. So friendly staff in the hotel. Doormen smiled and welcomed when we came to the hotel. They always asked if we needed any help when we went to walk or came back. They have understood how important role they have in the hotel. They have the first contact when a customer arrives...

I was so excited to stay at this property but a little disappointed. Considering the name and its origin, I expected a mix of Italian and Arabic flare. Instead, I was immersed in everything Italian which is understandable. The lobby/restaurant/bar were quaintly located as to give a sense of all in one. The elevators were rather small as well as...

We chose the Grand Hotel for its location at the end of a touring holiday. It is located in the 5 star hotel area close to the American Embassy and the Spanish Steps. The rooms are well specified and styled to follow the faux Art-Deco theme of the hotel. The rooms are a little dark and the bedside lighting controls...

We recently stayed in Rome at the Jumeirah Hotel for 3 nights. At "check in"the room that was requested for our stay was given to another group that was travelling with us and we ended up with a small dark room that was like a dungeon. The "check in" time took us forever which was also very disappointing. The staff...

Located on via Veneto next to Marriott ,U.S. Embassy opposite Harry's Bar. We walked through the park to the Borghese Gallery (a must when you are in Rome) the room is luxurious as we were given one of the recently modernized rooms overlooking the beautiful trees. When we came back to the hotel after our cruise we were given an...

Throughout our travels we have mainly stayed at 5 star hotels as is Jumeirah rated. Positives : check-in and hotel tour was excellent, in general all staff very helpful especially concierge team. Our room was nice. Location very good for sightseeing. Negatives: Our room was on the 2nd floor looking out to The Westins garage and back service area which...

Our stay was absolutely amazing- the food, staff and rooms were wonderful! The hotel was overbooked so they immediately upgraded our rooms and offered breakfast while we waited for our rooms. The rooms were large with a decadent bed and fluffy pillows.

We stayed here for a few days after our wedding for a 'mini-moon' as a pre-cursor to our 'proper' honeymoon later on in the year. We were ushered to a desk for a swift check in on arrival which was great, however they had made an error on our booking so it showed we were staying for two nights instead...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
