Check in is at 4 p.m. however they will hold your luggage. IF there is a room, they may check you in earlier. They have wonderful customer service!!

Not sure about currency question. Yes do day tours-Contact Walk with Pete on Facebook. He is fabulous. I did not travel with my kids.... rooms are smaller in Europe than the US so you may need two rooms.
