Great choice of hotel for first trip to Rome. Centrally located within walking distance to most attractions, Colosseum 15/20 mins, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps all under half an hour. We even walked to the Vatican in under 3 hours, stopping at cafés en route. It is such an interesting city to explore, you never know what you will...

The Una Hotel is minutes away from the main Termini station making access into Rome Central very easy. Its clean, modern and the breakfast isn't bad either. The wifi could be improved as it kept cutting out but given it was a short city break, not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, close to the main train station in Rome (train to airport, train to anywhere in Italy really). Food was decent. The noise on the streets might annoy a few people, so you probably have to close your windows at night. Since it's near the train station and some touristy areas it's lively at night (aka. noisy).

Great location especially for public transport, no need for taxis. Very friendly and welcoming staff, no problems with speaking English. Clean room and large bathroom with shower. Good breakfast but not great service. Good Dinner and good service. Would stay again. Typical of the standard expected for this Hotel chain.

My family and I stayed here last summer for four nights on the first stop during our European tour. The hotel staff was gracious and extremely helpful. Location to Termini Station was vital to our day trip to the Amalfi Coast. We will definitely be back during our next stay to the Eternal city.

No mistakes, UNA is a beautiful hotel. I had a top floor room with a beautiful terrace, and everything was good, from the room furniture, to the buffet breakfast, to the an incredibly kind and professional service. But why is it that the best hotels fall on silly things like bathrooms (extractors not working, as is too often the case;...

Loved this hotel. We felt our room and the staff totally lived up to it's 4-star rating. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. Staff was friendly and very helpful. When our room safe malfunctioned, somebody was at the door to fix it in less than 10 minutes. Some reviews have complained about the quality of the wi-if, but...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
