I had a great experience here. Stayed for two nights and Roberta went above and beyond to be hepful, make recommendations and arrange (and rearrange due to flight delays) transportation to the airport. There is a fantastic restaurant less than a block away and a supermarket as well. The metro is also very close to get to the center. The... More

Although we had chosen this bed and breakfast thanks to the good comments left on Tripadvisor, we've been disappointed by the quality of this bed and breakfast. The bedroom was really small and the hygiene in the bathroom wasn't really clear. Advices and the good reception from Roberta were not a legend. She's really kind and she had always good... More

21 Aprile House it's a very nice B&B , clean and close to the downtown and the metro station "Bologna" and Carrefour express 24/7 . At the reception we found a nice and a welcoming woman "Roberta" , she's too nice and she explained to us all what we needed to know. Thank you for all .

Nice and clean place to stay. Restaurant is just almost a block away, so with the grocery store. Bus stop and shops just nearby. Quiet place and very affordable. Roberta will address your concerns regarding your stay.

The place is simple, safe, clean and quiet. If you're looking for a B&B that is affordable... 21 Aprile is a good choice. Bus stop, restaurant and grocery store is just nearby. Roberta is very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Roberta and her staff are really great and the house is nice and clean. But the "classic room" is ridiculously small and the breakfast is a joke. We were expecting a nice breakfast served in the room as mentioned on the website but all we got was a voucher for a cappucino and a croissant in a nearby café... As... More

I enjoyed my 1 week stay here! The B&B is very central and only 10 mins walk from the train station. There is a supermarket just opposite and a pharmacy just a few blocks down the road. The B&B is in a quiet residential area and I never had any issues when walking to/from even at night. Service was great!... More

We recently enjoyed our 4-night stay here - the room was large, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Many bus routes near by, and a short walk down to the Bologna metro station. Roberta was a wonderful hostess, always greeting us with a smile. Was a bit disappointed to not get breakfast on-site, but the staff at the Chill Out... More

Despite several emails regarding our arrival time we were left to sit on the steps of the building with our luggage while being accosted by a panhandler for over 20 minutes waiting to check-in. When our hostess did arrive she told us we had a lot of luggage (2 small bags & 1 large for 8 weeks travel)! Our room... More

Out of the 5 or 6 places I stayed in my last trip to Europe, this one was my favorite. Near the subway, quiet street, large bedrooms. But the highlight was the lovely Roberta, the manager of the place. Such a nice person. Gave us every information we needed about the city and then some. Thank you Roberta!
