We visited Rome in February 2017 and spent three nights at the Mario de' Fiori. Giuseppe on reception gave us the warmest welcome - and then told us we had an upgrade to a junior suite! Great start! We arrived at around 8pm, a bit frazzled from the journey from London - so Giuseppe offered to book us a table...

Embarrassed to say I stayed here back in end of August 2016 and didn't get around to writing a review until now. Giuseppe deserves a big shout out for being gracious and helpful at every turn. The room was comfortable and the spot can't be beaten. I used to live in Rome and have spent time in alot of different...

I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Rome. The biggest plus is the location in the heart of the Spanish district .... with shops and all you need like a super market, hair salon and pharmacy literally steps away. tourist areas such as the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and pantheon also within...

Difficult to beat the location and the charm of these suites. Very tasteful decoration, very good soundproofing and exceptionally friendly reception from the staff. Giuseppe was extremely helpful to us, what a delight it was to deal with him. We stayed for three nights and will be back for sure.

I searched TripAdvisor reviews on the hunt to find the perfect boutique hotel on a budget. And I'm so glad I picked this one. The room was good sized and the bed super comfortable. It also had a tub and came with nice bath salts which was perfect after a long day of walking. And I asked Giuseppe at the...

Booked this last minute but it was super happy with this hotel. The actual name of this hotel is Rome luxury suites which was a bit confusing Location: right smack at the Spanish steps where all the shopping and action is. Still quiet, and very convenient specially for short shopping stay. Service: impeccable, Benedetto who checked us in, gave us...

If you like Italy, if you like Rome you will definitely like this place. A small, quiet, cosy accomodation right in the heart of the city. Perfect for a short city trip. Guiseppe the very friendly man on the reception put the crown on a perfect day. To quote Arnold Schwarzenegger "We will be back".

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
