Stayed here for two nights with my teenage daughter. Wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews! It cost us €60. That's €15 each a night! It's a 10 minute walk from Roma termini. Very easy to get to. I'd recommend downloading Ulma city maps to go, as you can find places even offline which is really good and...

Stayed for 3 nights with my girlfriend. The bedroom was quite simple, and the bed comfortable. Pros: * The location is quite good, right next to the subway station Vittorio Emanuele. * Monica and Giulia are really friendly and attentive. Cons: * Two times someone tried to open the door, which was locked. * Since there's people living in the...

Stay away from this phony "Bed & Breakfast!" I went there with my 2 adult children. The neighborhood is terrible, the "Inn" really just someone's very smelly apartment, and the room in violation of International Building Code (IBC). The street is full of prostitutes, gangs and other unsavory types who were openly leering at my daughter and aggressively trying to...

This hotel almost made me cry. I am used to cheap hotels with not much facilities but this is by far the louziest i have ever seen. We did reservation for a room with a private bathroom. When we arrived they did not have a private bathroom so we had to share. The whole building smelled like fishy, Chinese food...

We were on our honeymoon and it was really terrible to arrive there. It is in a central area but the neighborhood is creepy and dangerous at nighttime. The mattress was horrible I didn't sleep and the computer was older than dinosaurs. The bathroom was really narrow. The breakfast choice was almost nothing and the welcome girl almost doesn't speak...

We can get at midnight, which was great for us because of flight arrival. We have been suprised that is the Chinese family flat. bathroom was tiny and not so clean as the room was. We had a breakfast in a price, but there was not much choices to eat, ex nuttella, plum preserve and honey but we were surpised...

We've stayed here for one night because our connecting flight. This place is ok for one maybe two nights. The rooms were clean, staff really nice, wifi connection without problem. The only problem is that this b&b only has one bathroom which is occupied for the whole time, this is the only reason I wouldn't recommend staying longer.

Very kind people, very helpful for every thing. They clean the room every day and we find fresh fruits on our room when we came back home. Some people comments are like "omg, it's seems to be an Asian family"...well...you are in Roma's Chinatown so...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
