The hotel exceeded our expectations and it made our stay in Rome a true pleasure. From the beginning from the booking the communication was extremely responsive with no issues with the language. We had arranged for a pick up from the airport who waited for 1.5 hours as our flight was delayed. The driver held a sign with our name on it and drove us the 45 mins from the airport to the hotel. We arrived early in the day and were unable to check in but were able to leave our luggage. Once checked in to our spacious with a chaise lounge every request was quickly fulfilled the entire five days we were there. They brought wine glasses, an iron, made dinner reservations, they even provided breakfast 15 minutes after I had followed up to find out where our breakfast was and realized I had not finished placing my order the night before. You place your order via a app we used on our phone each night and could choose the time frame for delivery to your room. Food was basic but ok for getting your day started. The location can't be best and allowed us to walk almost everywhere, for people who have no limitations you could walk anywhere but I have some issues with my feet that sometimes are an issue so this central location was really important. The building has an elevator that is really small but nice to have. You will use a key for the front door, one to the apartment and then one to your room. We had a room with a jetted tub which was a fantastic option at the end of a long day touring. Room service was daily which was nice and a large bottle of water is provided every day. The door to access the hotel is NOT on the Piazza Navona is it on a sort side street across from a little store that sells liquors and between two restaurants and you will need to ring the bell to initially access the check in which is on the 1st floor (2nd for Americans). If you are looking for a top notch hotel with exceptional service this is your place.

This small boutique hotel does not disappoint. With only 12 rooms, they pay attention to every detail. They are very accommodating. They set up our transportation to/from the airport and also pre scheduled taxi service for two days when we travelled to the train station for different day trips. Never did I ask for something that they couldn’t help me with. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you’re lucky you may get a room facing the Piazza Navona. Ours faced the small alley into the piazza but the windows open and you can take it all in. They serve breakfast to your room daily and will even pack a bag for you the night before if you won’t be around for breakfast. They don’t have irons in the room but quickly brought one up for use when asked. I could go on and on about all the positives. Our room was basically two rooms one with a queen bed and the second room with a twin trundle. The bathroom was located through the room with the queen bed so keep this in mind if someone stays in the second room. They will have to enter your room to use the bathroom.

My only constructive criticism is the room lock is locked only with a key from inside and out. If I lock my door before bed using the key and a fire breaks out, the only way to get out of the door would be to find the keys and unlock it hoping you are turning it in the right direction and get out in time. Seems like a major fire/safety hazard, being unable to quickly and efficiently exit your room in an emergency situation ( you can’t just turn a lock and exit, you need the keys). Also the floors are painted gray. There are several steps in the room. They should have a black non skid strip at the top of the step indicating you would need to step down or up. In the middle of the night, I missed a step because it blended in with the floor and previous step and I nearly fell on my bottom.

We had an amazing stay at the Navona property. We arranged to use their driver which was so nice after a long overnight flight and 8am arrival. They were able to let us into our room right away which was so appreciated as we were able to shower and nap a bit. Our first night we stayed in a deluxe double which was one of their new rooms. No view at all but very quiet so good if you’re a light sleeper. The next 3 nights we stayed in one of the triple rooms with a view and wow! It was incredible to look out over the Piazza and fountain and people watch. The room and bathroom were a good size. We didn’t use the fireplace but did like having an extra seating area. When we switched rooms it was seamless, when we left the first room they already had the second room ready for us which was great.

Breakfast was good, you order it online and they bring it to your room at the time you choose which was pretty great, no shuffling to the breakfast area in PJ’s looking for coffee. There was also a Nespresso machine and electric kettle in the room. I would have liked a bit more to choose from at breakfast, mainly some cheeses and cold cuts, but what they do offer is delicious and a great start to the day.

Location wise you’re very central. Easy to walk to all of the major sites, we used the electric scooters a couple of times when we were coming back from Trastevere but other than that walked everywhere.

The staff is amazing, a lot of smiles and they’re all so helpful. When we arrived to check in they offered us croissants and made us espressos and gave us water to rehydrate after the long flight. They always seemed ready to help if they could and were so friendly. They serviced the room daily which is pretty rare these days. From start to finish it was a great stay and I’d definitely not hesitate to recommend staying here!

In an ideal location, literally steps away from the Piazza Navona and within walking distance of many major sights in Rome, the Rhea Silvia Navona was a wonderful choice for our three day stay in Rome. The room was updated, clean and very comfortable and the soundproof walls ensured we didn't hear sound from the busy piazza. The staff: GIlbert, Rona and others, could not have been more helpful and friendly! They assisted us with transportation, restaurant reservations, provided great advice, making for an all-around wonderful travel experience. A tasty hot breakfast was delivered every morning on time which we ordered the night before.

I cannot speak more highly of this accommodation. Firstly the location in the centre of Piazza Navona couldn’t be better, then the views from the room are amazing, enjoying the complimentary breakfast overlooking the fountain from your room is special. A bottle of wine on arrival and soft drinks throughout the stay are a nice touch. Brilliant friendly staff, great price for a. Central location. All the other things you’d expect from a top hotel, tv, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, shower etc

I am generally not one to leave reviews but as I sit here in on our last night, I felt compelled to do so after being thoroughly impressed by the service here. We stayed in the room with a view of the plaza. The views are spectacular and the sound proofing of the rooms prevents any noise from the plaza entering the room.

We were awake and out of the hotel early every day and would miss the scheduled breakfast hours, but this was no issue for the staff. They prepared breakfast for us the night before and left it in our room while we went out to dinner. The staff also noticed we had eaten a lot of fruit and delivered us a special plate of fruit each day. They took note of which fruit we ate the first day and continued to only deliver us the fruit we enjoyed.

There is a free mini-bar with soda, beer, water etc that is restocked each day for your convenience. The house keeping staff kept our room spotless. We also had a car service organized by the staff for our transfer to the airport.

On the last night we were surprised with a wonderful bottle of Prosecco as a thank you from the staff for staying with them.

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here as well as the wonderful and convenient location in the center of Rome. I will certainly be staying here again when we return to Rome. Thank you to the Rhea Silvia staff for an unforgettable experience on our first trip to Italy.

The service here was superb. The day we arrived our driver was not able to bring us straight to the hotel because the Rome marathon was taking place. But the hotel notified me as soon as I arrived at the airport. Our reservation included daily breakfast and due to Covid this was to be delivered to our room on a daily basis. This did not disappoint. Our breakfast was always delivered on time. Towards the end of our holiday we were at another hotel (which shall remain nameless) and they agreed to help make transportation arrangement to the airport. Unfortunately, they did not and there I was less than 24 hours away from my flight with no transportation (we were a party of 3 adults, so we had 3 large luggages and 3 carryon's. I remembered the excellent service that this hotel provided me and I took a chance. I gave them a call and asked if they would be able to assist me even though I was no longer a guest. They said yes! They worked tirelessly, even worked passed the hours they were scheduled for to help me. Our family will never forget this. I will gladly stay here again, not only for the service, but the location as well. Thank you

This was in a good location but noisy in the evenings until 10pm or 11pm even with windows closed. The shower was clogged upon arrival but they did fix it. We had trouble getting breakfast 1/3 times we ordered it and had to leave for our tour without it as they couldn’t make it in time (they were very late on the half an hour window.) I’d say this is a bed and breakfast but I think calling it luxury is a stretch. The breakfast is basically three types of eggs and packaged goods like cereals and breads. Our entire party couldn’t eat the fruit salad as it had kiwi in it and was mixed in juice. The family spa suite setup was good for a family of 4. For toiletries they give a musk scented shampoo and that’s it so I’d advise most people to bring their own.

The location directly at Piazza Navona is perfect. The room was very big, especially also the bathroom. Even bigger than it looks on the photos. Very modern, had everything you need (even free minibar that was filled up again every day), very clean, very comfortable bed and the room I had was quiet (it lead to the innercourt, so no view at all but it didn't matter, I knew that from the booking). In the evening, you can order breakfast in an app, chose what you like and also the time and they bring it to your room. The staff (Rona) was absolutely amazing, rarely had such friendly and helpful experience in a hotel. She did everything possible to make the best out of the stay for everybody and also really saved my day with providing a solution when there was a problem with the water. Definitely a recommendation when in Rome.

What an AMAZING hotel! Cannot say enough wonderful things about it!! Great location...most of the sites are walkable from the hotel. Piazza Navona is beautiful! We stayed in the junior suite with jacuzzi tub with very nice toiletries. The entire suite was so very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Even though it is in the heart of things, it was amazingly quiet with the windows and shutters closed. Avelino and Rona were more than accommodating and went out their way to make sure our stay was fabulous! They booked our airport and cruise port transportation for a very fair price and gave excellent dinner recommendations. They also called us cabs when needed and proceeded to walk us to out to be greeted by the cab driver. Breakfast was ordered the night before and was delivered at our scheduled time in the morning...even was given a delicious bottle of Prosecco which we used for mimosas. We will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Rome! Thank you so much for such a wonderful start to our European adventure!!

I'm not sure if the hotel offers these services because we didn't ask for them, but don't worry, if you can't find a hotel with washing machines, Rome is full of laundries.

The staff are really helpful. You just need to let them know of your arrival time and I had a late departure time too, so I checked out at 12pm and went out to explore a little but they let us leave our luggage with them to pick it up later.
