We really enjoyed our stay, from arrival to leaving Marco was great. He was happy to provide us guidance on transport and even how we can fit as much in as possible in the time we were there. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The room was clean, comfortable and the bathroom had everything we needed, the shower was great. We...

We stayed here last week for our very first trip to Italy, based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here last summer. What a great place to stay! From our initial booking of the rooms, to the setting up of the airport transfer with a private driver, to answering questions while we were there, Marco and Helena...

Comfy bed, great service and lovely staff. Marco was waiting for us, even when we arrived pretty late. He and his staff were always available to suggest good places to go. I'd definitely go back there when we're in Rome again. :)

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. We flew into the airport and took the train 7 stops to Trastevere station. From there it was a straight shot down the road to the B&B. Marco and his team were incredibly welcoming, and our room ( the Pantheon room) was charming! Once we arrived they gave us a...

We were welcomed warmly by Marco upon our arrival. The location is perfect, we had flown in from Paris, grabbed the train and then only needed to walked a short distance. B and B very easy to find. Our room was a bit tight for 3 people but worked great for us as we weren't in the room for very...

We had an amazing stay with Marco and his wonderful staff. Immediately after booking we were contacted with specific directions in order to find the hotel (super easy! right off a tram stop!). Then when we arrived at the hotel we were sat down and given a map of Rome and were given easy directions for getting around the city....

I truly cannot say enough nice things about B&B Suites, and specifically, Marco, the owner. The customer service he provided was perhaps the best I've ever received. Though we did not arrive until late at night, he met us at the front of the building, gave us a tour and told us about great restaurants in the area. The rooms...

B&B Suites Trastevere is conveniently located in a beautiful building on Viale di Trastevere, about a five-minute walk from the Trastevere train station. The B&B is located on the fourth floor (indicated as the third floor in Europe). A few steps are required before reaching the vintage Otis elevator. The décor in the rooms is in a unique style that...

Staying in Monteverde

Neighbourhood Profile
Monteverde
Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is Rome’s popular "getaway" neighbourhood, coveted for its greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili, is the area's centrepiece with affordable prices and peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away from the centre to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos. Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public transport, this family-oriented area is literally a well-deserved walk in the park.
