Pitching up slightly later than expected due to a flight delay, I had to call the reception to make sure someone was there to let us in. There is an additional charge for out of hours check-in, so I guess that's fair enough and the hotel accommodated us and our last minute delays without fuss. They also allowed us to...

The hotel, in reality looks like an apartment with many rooms. Its on the first floor of a traditional building, 50 metres from Re Di Roma Metro staion. The reception is open untill 8 pm. Note that if you check in after 8pm, you will be charged 10€. Even though we arrived at 10pm, we didnt pay because the owner,...

Pros: Staff were very helpful on arrival, giving us a map and suggestions for where/how to go. Very clean hotel. Excellent location for transport. Cons: WiFi was free, but did not work the entire time we were there. TV only picks up radio channels. Wash towels were not changed between days. Location: There's not much nearby the actual hotel, but...

We was here last summer in Piazza Re Di Roma. Second day Lucia , very nice girl, she told us so here is problem with electric and we need to move to another house, maybe 10 minutes walk. Anyway both rooms was very tidy and nice, with air conditioner. Lucia looks after us, I still remember her :)

We booked hotel roi but they took us to another building. Witch I guess is owned by the hotel. The room was really nice it was on the fourth floor but it was a bit noisy since its just at the roundabout. So if you don't mind the noise of police cars and ambulances then it's okay. We were only...

We had a reservation made and confirmed 25 days before our arrival date. Upon our arrival the receptionist told us there was a problem with our room but they would find another accommodation for us. A miserable bed and breakfast room without any of the features stated in the booking.com site We realized it is a regular procedure in the...

Dear Guest, we really apologize for the inconvenience but, on the same time, we must reply to your hard review about us. Sometimes, in hotels, happen some problems that force the displacement of the guests in other properties. This is definitely not our procedure and we regret that this issue has happened with your booking. Regarding the breakfast, you received...

Been here twice this year (June & October). The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean; For me this was perfect. Next to this the Staff was helpful and friendly. Biggest plus of this hotel was the location: next to a metro stop. I'm planning to go back to Rome next year, and I will definitely book this hotel again!

We booked a quad room in the Roi Hotel at the Piazza Dei Re Di Roma for the proximity to the Metro. I dropped off my family with all of our luggage after a 5-day driving tour of the Peloponnese. I left them there so I could return the rental car, thinking that they only had to check in and...

I stay there and it was a very good place, comfortable, clean and very near to the metro station. You can walk to the Coliseum and you will be there in 20 minutes, in the Re di Roma Square (where the hotel is) you can find some wonderful pizza restaurant, very cheap and with different kind of pizza. The attention...
