This hotel provided a venue for our corporate global meeting with people coming from 9 countries. We have reserved the meeting rooms and guest rooms a few months in advance. During the time leading to the meeting, with a number of changes, revisions, requests and many details, the staff (Andrea Giuncato), was most accommodating, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and responsive. I...

We went for a weekend away in Rome and were trying to choose somewhere reasonable to stay at a reasonable price. This is what we came up with, the Roma Citta H10 hotel. The hotel is lovely and modern with great staff, the reception team streak fluent English which is great for directions etc. It is clean and modern inside...

We stayed here with several friends on a long weekend to Rome. We received a really good welcome from the friendly reception staff. They provided us with lots of information on how to get to the various tourist places (Colleseum, Vatican city etc) and also to various restaurant and bar areas, which all turned out to good. The location is...

Booked 4 nights through an agent and paid in full. I was in Milan and on the way I stopped by Arezzo for some business related issues that required an unplanned overnight stay though my room in h10 hotel was booked for that night ( 1st night out of four nights) on the next day my business partner dropped me...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. That give us the opportunity to clarify a couple of things. We have all the details of what happened in the reception report of that night. First of all, just like you stated, you made the reservation through an agency and you paid them and not us. Just to be clear, we charged...

I'd get back to the H10 Roma Citta anytime. Is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, public transportation is close by, rooms are cosy and clean, breakfast and bar are good, WiFi is free. The only thing I haven't been able to enjoy at the hotel is the swimming pool, I never get back at the hotel on time for...

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It felt 5 star. The staff were very helpful, the housecleaning were amazing and the breakfast was superb! It would however have to be the noisest hotel I've ever stayed in - there's a bell outside that rings and rings and alot of noise from the street (considering its on a back road)....

My boyfriend booked a 5 day holiday here for my birthday. The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. The rooms were big enough but could have been a bit bigger and also a mirror on the desk would have been useful. The only problem with the hotel was the pool and the hot tub, beautiful on the rooftop but absolutely...

We had a warm welcome and the reception was very friendly. The lady also provided us the local maps and answered all my questions. Room was extremely clean and big. But the silica seal of washbasin was dirty and it was a little disgusting for me. But others in the room were all great. Location was not bad. It's very...

The good: a value priced hotel close to Trastevere train station, nicely designed public areas and rooms and squeaky clean. Shuttle bus to Centro. (2 euro). The not-so-good: just far enough away from the train station and Trastevere tram to be inconvenient, the journey from station to Via Marconi is through a vagrant inhabited tunnel and the street is a...

Breakfast was superb and the pool in the roof was just great for replenishing after a...
