Nice cozy place near Colosseum with good breakfast. Very good for solo travelers. Quite Safe. Location is great. Close to Metro and walkable to Colosseum. Room was clean with enough towels. Very helpful staff, who gave tips for local restaurants and directions.
Good place for the price. The room was across the street from the main building. It's just a hallway and three rooms off of it. Breakfast is anytime and self serve. There's a kettle and coffee maker in the hallway as well as some bread...More

The location is excellent, close to the Colloseum and metro station, within walking distance to many attractions. The room was clean, the breakfast very nice and the staff very helpful - they gave us tips and directions.
It's a really nice ho(s)tel! Really close to the Colosseum!
Had a lovely breakfast, even though we didn't order it. Our room was with a nice view, it was spacious enough and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Also, really cheap. Would definitely stay there again.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
