Travelled with a friend and despite a late request for a twin room, our request was accommodated and we were given a large room with balcony and view over the street. We were very pleased with the B and B and the room, location was good and staff were accommodating allowing us to use printers and leave luggage. Slight improvements...

When we first arrived at the B and B Rosmini I was so excited that the rooms were so spacious. The B and B is located in an ok part of town, the breakfast was very disappointing. Crackers and jam kinda deal. But I was willing to look it over cuz it was a nice place. Then I came back...

In June of this year my dad took all of his three kids and our families to his home country of Italy. We arrived at the B and B Rosmini in Rome on the afternoon of June 19th. After a long day of traveling we were all very eager to get up the four flights of stairs to our B&B....

We stayed here for 3 nights in June 2013, and couldnt have asked for any more! A lovely little B&B located close to Rome Termini (so easy to get from the Airport via train) and walking distance to all the sights - however we did get the Metro to the Vatican. Without looking at previous reviews we may have struggled...

We visited Rome on a low budget, so the price of this cosy and convenient B&B was exactly what we had been looking for! I read the critics (so helpful indeed when you choose accomodation!) and now that I've been there, I must pay it back! Depending on what you are looking for, this small B&B is a gem! Friendly...

We stayed for 5 nights in the family room right next to the reception desk, and we enjoyed everything about B&B Rosmini - great location near Roma Termini and lots of shops and eating places around, very spacious room with a balcony, jacuzzi shower, free wi-fi, friendly and helpful staff (thank you Kasia!) really made our stay very enjoyable. True...

This is a 4th floor apartment which has been changed into bed and breakfast accommodation. The entrance to Rosmini is very unassuming. There is no signage to indicate that it is here. Even our taxi driver thought we had come to the wrong place! The only clue is the name on the bell push, but as staff are not on...

After the great reviews, we decided to book a room at Rosmini. After about an hour looking for the hotel, when we arrived we were informed that they were repairing some water pipe issues and were not able to honor our reservation. Rosmini staff were nice enough to plan ahead and book a hotel room for us at another hotel...

Convenient location (near Roma Termini station), and a decent amount of space for a city hotel. The building has an elevator which helps if you're traveling with luggage. However, the main reception desk was unoccupied except for the morning hours (8am-noon or 1pm). This made it difficult to find information, or even to check out when we wanted to. Breakfast...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
