We have just come back from a girls weekend in Rome and stayed here - it was fabulous. There were 5 of us in the appartment which was quite chic and very clean. It has 2 bathrooms and whilst a couple of us were on sofa beds they were fine but perhaps not for you if you are a fussy...

We stayed here for 2 nights for a quick Rome adventure, and thought it couldn't be better. The location was ideal (walking distance to most sights and across the street from the metro), the room was small but very comfortable, and the price was a bargain for Rome. The staff was friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable....

We stayed in the mini-apartment which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a simple open plan space. Ideal for us as a family of 5. It is actually on the ground floor too. += no stairs -ve = perhaps a little street noise but notihing to keep one awake. Really clean and classy design; free wi-fi. Owners really...

We stayed here for 4 days in Rome after a long flight originating in New Zealand. Georgia and Giorgio were so helpful, gave great advice and helped to organise things for us. Would definately recommend and we will stay there again.

We loved the location of this hotel - quiet street a half-block from Metro station. The room was large, as was the bathroom, clean and bed very comfy. The hotel is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not available to us while there. We think it is for the use of the residents of the building, but not...

TripAdvisor reviews were right on for this location. Our family was extremely pleased with everything about La Piccola Maison. Our family of four, two adults and two teen children, needed the extra space and we got it. The room we stayed in had two separate bedrooms along with another bed in the seating area, a dining area with kitchen sink,...

The room was just around the corner from the Via Veneto - walking distance to the Spanish Steps, The Trevi Fountain, the metro station. Giorgio, Laura and Georgia were most helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable - once we learned that closing the window would keep out the city street noise, we slept well. Only downside was that...

We stayed 3 nights at La Piccola Maison in September. It is ideally located just steps from the Via Veneto restaurant district and walking distance to Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Laura, Natalie and Giorgio were very helpful in arranging transportation and recommending good restaurants. We will definitely stay...

La Piccola Maison is not your typical B&B or hotel however, I would highly recommend it. First the location is great ! The room was clean, the water pressure was good (not usual in Italy) but most of all was the staff. Georgio who I am assuming runs the La Piccola is the best. He gave us his private cell...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
