We have just returned from an eight night stay in Rome and found the staff to be excellent. Valeria, Roma and PierFrancesco offered us excellent advice on restaurants, museums and directions which helped make our daily outings enjoyable and hassle free. The rooms are spacious and quiet and restaurants like Target, in the same building, has great service/food. Inside the...

We visited SuiteDreams while on our honeymoon and it was perfect! Going into the stay, I hadn't done much research on the hotel, but had read it had a good location and was clean, so I booked it. The good location and cleanliness turned out to be very frue, but on top of it, the staff was very nice and...

This hotel is situated well, as it is close to Metro, bus stops, and Termini. We were also happy to get a good nights sleep (didn't last trip to Rome... different hotel) , as the hotel is on a small street. We took a triple room which was large enough for three adults. The larger rooms are in a separate...

We have visited Rome twice before on longer stays and have stayed at an upscale hotel with upscale prices. After reading reviews on SuiteDreams, we decided to give it a try on a recent stay. The only negative review we had read was from an individual who had been given a room opposite the registration desk. On check-in, we were...

My family and I stayed here in two rooms in early August. The hotel is unique and modern. Cleanliness and customer service are definitely strong points of this hotel! Hotel personnel, especially the owner, are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They will go the extra mile to assist travellers, whether it be with directions, reservations or answering questions. Good Buffet Breakfast. Transfer to Fiumicino Airport took approx. 40min. Via Nazionale and Metro Station Republicca are quite near, We found some trattorias , pizzerias and also some restaurants nearby....

great helpful staff, a quiet side street location and the boutique modern style made a welcome contrast to the ancient Roman and Renaissance stage show going on outside. A good Continental breakfast and free wifi allowed you to set out for the day on a full stomach and fully prepared for a hard day's streets and sites of Rome.

Although the hotel is just a short walk from the main train station we were glad we arranged ahead of time for a transfer. Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
