Friendly, welcoming and comfortable B&B. Excellent breakfast too! Woodland walks are nearby and is situated fairly centrally in the small town of St Austell. Evening meal is excellent and very good value in a local pub. Easy access to The lost Gardens of Helligan on a bus. We caught a train to St Ives for a very lovely day trip....

Just stayed one night at Arches. Paolo was such a great help. The place was just about a 5 minute walk to the metro station with a lot of places to eat in the area including Bonci Pizzarium. Would have been perfect had there been a better supply of hot water for the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room is in a specious 3 bedrooms apartment. Breakfast filled every morning with croissant, cakes, cereal, yogurt and juice. Plenty of espresso coffee!! The apartment was clean with all accessories, our host Paolo welcomed us late at night when we arrived, gave us tips and advices. It's close to station and Vatican. I...

This Bed and Breakfast is a five minute walk to the vatican. The owners leave fruit and bread, coffee and pastries for breakfast. There is a 24 hour supermarket just around the corner and good restaurants in the area. This is basically a three bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of an apartment building. The owners do not live on...

We (2 adults, 2 kids 11 & 12) spent 8 days in Rome at Arches as our home base. Fabio and Paulo arranged for us to be picked up at the airport (55E only slightly more than a cab - we had them do the same for our departure too) . The room (green room second floor - there are...

Came for just a night and sorry we are not staying longer. Special, clean, decorated in very good taste, paolo and fabio were extremely helpful all the way through from the reservation and until we left. Fully equipped kitchen with all breakfast products available, lovely quite residential neigjborhood but minutes away from all touristic places. Highly recommended.

We rented two rooms from Arches B&B in May. The place is very clean and the rooms are large. Paolo and Massimo were just wonderful and tried to make our stay comfortable. They also arranged for our rides to/from airport. There are breakfast items like packaged pastries, bread, butter, milk, coffee, tea and fruits for a self service breakfast. There...

I read the reviews to loads of accommodation in Rome prior to booking and this one just felt 'right'. We weren't disappointed, Paolo made the stay very personable, the location is perfect as it's away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to walk to the Vatican City and Trastevere where there are a limitless choice of bars and...

Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to subway. Paolo was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was large with private bathroom and enclosed balcony. Really relaxing to eat breakfast here each morning. There are 3 separate rooms with a shared living area to include couch, computer and table. Shared, stocked kitchen with each...

Nice hosts, decent price, close to metro and Vatican. Breakfast food included :) Clean, comfortable rooms. Garbage truck always seemed to wake us up, but it wasn't such a big problem, since the apartment is on the 4th floor
