Pros: good location and friendly staff
Cons: dirty. I doubt if they wash the blanket and bed cover for every use, as we got itchy legs after first night sleep. I found hair (not belonging to us) in towel.
Overall: not recommended.
Great location, a 2-3 minute walk from Termini station, in a
surprisingly quiet street, polite staff (note that check-in is in a
different hotel down the street), free use of a computer with
internet, free wifi. TV, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, laptop, air conditioning,...More
:) The rooms are nice and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall atmosphere is very good, the location near central station allows you to get anywhere quickly. The 24/7 reception is very handy.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
