From the moment I walked in I got an instance good vibe about the place and after speaking with Lorella on reception I knew I'd chosen well. The care and attention they give you when you first arrive is great and they give you a map and draw routes and sites on it based on why you are in Naples....

I loved everything about this place! Starting with great and super helpful staff who can always recommend you a lot of great places, nice breakfast, cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms and convenient location close to historical sights and with great connection to the airport - it is simply amazing! I would definitely recommend it to everyone coming to visit Naples!...

From the outside the place looks dreadful. However, once you step out of the elevator, things are looking up. A cosy little reception area with friendly staff. Just off from it is a little bar with a very kind bartender. Free breakfast included - you can have tea, coffee, chocolate, milk, juice, whatever and as much as you like. Also...

The staff were very interfering, made comments on the time of day we left or returned to the hostel, there was no lock out but we were made to feel unwelcome at certain times. No locks on rooms. Staff came into our room at one point and asked us to turn the light off - felt like being on a...

I visited the first time in June 2015. I made so many great friends, including the staff that I stayed again June 2016. Great gelato spots and affordable pizza nearby. It's so great meeting people from all over the world. I look forward to visiting in 2017.

The set-up is odd, prepare yourself for lots of signs and stairs. I never had to pay the lift price while I was there. They provide a towel for 1 euro. The bathrooms were okay. The bar is small and can get very crowded. The kitchen and breakfast are nice. They provide free pasta on Tuesday and Thursday. The staff...

As you enter the building it's a very odd layout, the hostel is on 7th floor, to access you need to take a lift to 9 then walk down and follow signs. All receptionists were lovely, they gave you maps and showed you were to go in the city. They booked me a tour one day so all in all...

I stayed at this hostel for two nights. They have a great location close to the main places and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff and, very clean bathrooms and rooms. The breakfast is included and it was good. I would definitely go back again! Pro tip: they have free dinners on Tuesday and Thursday!
