The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples Spanish quarter. Right next to Via Toledo the main walking street and the metro stop Toledo. The room was clean and spacious and we loved having a small balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and having the option of getting it served at the room at no extra cost was...

In the heart of the beautiful Via Toledo, right next to the metro station and a few meters from Piazza Plebiscito and the sea, you will find this charming hotel that will welcome you with warmth. I spent 9 nights in Il convento during the Christmas holidays and all the staff made their best to turn it into an unforgettable...

So this hotel is already highly reviewed it absolutely has the most helpful and pleasant staff- 5 stars. Breakfasts were comprehensive. You need to be aware when booking that booking the junior suite doesn't mean you get the junior suite. According to staff some website call the junior suite the junior suite but the Junior suite is strictly for two...

The room was very big and comfortable!!! Clean every day and the staff very very helpful!!! They found us tickets for a football game and we are very grateful for this!! The only thing i think needs improvement is the breakfast!! Its 2 small rooms and the variety is poor i think!! Grazie for everything!!

If you are looking for a nice bed to sleep in in a convenient location while exploring Naples and maybe visiting Pompeii, hotel il convento is a great value option. Pros: location: only 4 min walk from Toledo station and 10 min walk to the port. A few steps and you are Via Toledo a busy shopping street with plenty...

This hotel delivers more than it needs to based on the price! Tips: -Internet is extremely slow, and un-useable at times. Be prepared for that. -International Cell Phone coverage is extremely weak in hotel. This was a great location, close to everything we wanted to see! May be a bit busy, but that's the beauty of staying downtown. They provide...

Beautiful convent converted to a modern hotel in the beautiful Spanish quarter central to several restaurants, pizzerias, gelateria, and cafés. Close to Piazza Plebicito, Opera House, Café Gambrinus, the pedestrian free Harbour and to many major sights all along Toledo and Spaccanapoli. Also very close to the beautiful Toledo metro. The wifi works very well, the room is small but...

When the taxi veered down the narrow streets, which looked quite like Diagon Alley of Harry Potter fame, I was a little concerned. It’s quite a narrow building in the historic Spanish Quarter of Naples--walking distance to the museums and the marina. The #12 room is small: the beds comfortable, the bathroom small with an interesting metal mesh ceiling that...

Modest (clean) rooms, fabulous location, excellent service from all the staff, good breakfast, slightly erratic wifi. But it is not fancy. Loved our stay. Location and service drive their ratings. We had a 4th floor room with a private patio, worth it if you can get one.

Clean, comfortable room. Really friendly and helpful staff. A minutes walk from Via Toledo. Very near to shops and restaurants. Lively area but noise ok with shutters closed and air conditioning on. Would definitely go back again.
