We stayed at here the last week of May and had a wonderful experience. Anna and her daughter Alessandra are terrific hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were happy to give advice about sightseeing priorities, answer questions, and loan umbrellas, maps, and whatever else we needed. The apartment is charming and our room was lovely with a terrific view of Capri in the distance and a terrace big enough for a small table and two chairs (for breakfast!). The bathroom was spacious. Our hosts prepared delicious breakfast each morning--we are trying to eat less, so we had to really insist on less food. Even so, each day we were provided with a little something extra to try--a sfogliatelle pastry, or special cheese, or something else. Very thoughtful! The b&b is in a lovely neighborhood called Vomero, which has some attractions worth seeing, excellent restaurants, and shops and markets--including some very pleasant pedestrian streets. It is about 10 minutes' walk to the metro or funicular, which can take you almost anywhere you would want to go in 20 minutes or less. While it is possible to stay in closer proximity to most tourist sites, those areas are a lot more crowded and louder than Vomero; we were happy to be in a residential neighborhood. We loved exploring Naples, which is a vibrant, beautiful city, and also enjoyed day trips to Pompeii (which we traveled to on the circumvesuviana train), and Capri and Sorrento (which we visited by boat). We highly recommend this b&b and should we return to Naples, we would certainly seek to stay here again.

I stayed at Casa Argentino for one week and I can only recommend it. The apartment is on the second floor of a building within a private complex, so it is very safe. The area is rather quiet and a bit away from the city centre. There are shopping opportunities and restaurants close by and it is only a few minutes on foot to reach the Metro station or the Funicolare to get to the centre of Naples/the train station/the harbour. The apartment itself is beautiful; it has a big balcony overlooking the Gulf of Naples and you can have breakfast with a view of Capri and the Sorrento peninsula! The rooms are spacious and clean and there is a fridge/minibar which you can use free of charge. Breakfast is delicious (try the sfogliatelle!) and served from 8:30 every morning. The best thing about Casa Argentino, though, are without a doubt its owners. They are super nice and helpful and I enjoyed just talking to them. When I arrived, the first thing they did for me was make some tea (it was cool outside and raining) and chat for a bit. I was made to feel very welcome. There isn't really anything negative to talk about, so the only thing left to say is thank you for being such great hosts, and I really hope that you will have a free room the next time I'm coming to Naples! Mille grazie!

Really enjoyed talking with the owners and they provided great information. They helped us arrange dinner at a good local restaurant where we got authentic Neapolitan pizza (without cheese!). They prepared a special vegan breakfast for us each day and we had a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples. Our room was huge and the bathroom well appointed. It's a bit far from the Metro stations, and be sure you know the directions precisely on how to get there--Google Maps is a bit confusing. (Riding the funicular railway was fun.)

My girlfriend and I had a long weekend away in Naples and saw on here Casa Argentino, as soon as we saw the pictures of the view we knew straight away we had to book this place. We made sure we paid extra for a room with a view and it was so so so worth it! As soon as we arrived we were met with very friendly smiles and welcomes. Breakfast was sublime every time. Even when we had to leave early one morning for a trip to Pompeii, our breakfast was put in a "to go" back for our travels. Hosts went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Bedroom and bathroom were super clean and the B&B is close to everything you need in Napoli. 5/5!! You have to stay here.

We normally stay with our daughter in Naples but had to find a place close and came up with Casa Argentino and it was the best luck we have had in looking for accommodations. The Owner/manager Donna Anna is great. The breakfast she makes starts the days of as you would like and then some. She has lived in this ample apartment for 50 years and it is just well appointed and designed. The view from the balcony over the Med is of Capri. The personal attention is warm and non-intrusive. She made our stay even more wonderful. Without reservation recommended.
