I have so enjoyed my stay here (10 days). The location couldn't be better...it's right between Via Tribuniale and Santa Croce so you can walk to all the sites, pizza huts, underground tours of ancient greek-roman cities and markets. The staff do not speak English but it has all worked out just fine. They go out of their way to make your stay here comfortable. Plus the place is spotless. It is also very cost effective. It's great if you use a smart phone. If you use a laptop the wifi on this old street is limited bandwidth so you only open one window at a time. I can highly recommend this if you want to be in the heart of old Napoli and stay with some lovely and lively Napolitanos.

The B&B is location in the historic centre of Naples. Walking distance to most sights, restaurants bar, the harbour etc. Our room was large, clean and had everything we wanted. If you are sensitive for noise, we did hear the street in the evening, but we didnt mind. The breakfast isnt the biggest in the world, but its the continental style. Great croissants! There is wifi in the rooms. The oweners and the staff are very very helpful and do their uttermost for you to have a great stay and to help you with whatever you ask. There is a bit of communication issue if you dont speak or understand Italian or another latin language. But where there is will there is a way and we were very happy here.

This B&B is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center. It's within walking distance of beautiful piazzas, restaurants, and other attractions. It can be reached by metro from the train station (get off at Piazza Dante and walk for about 5 min from there). There were four of us and we all had our own room so I can say I have seen all four rooms. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The furnishings are basic but enough. The service was impeccable. The included breakfast was sufficient. And there are beautiful panoramic terraces on top of the building. The only small inconvenience was the noise: because we stayed on Friday and Saturday night and my room looked out onto San Sebastiano street, I could hear loud noise until 2-3 am both nights. My companions who were staying in the other three rooms did not complain about the noise, however. So it could be that my room (immediately to the right of the apartment door) was the loudest. Also, there was free wifi but the signal was extremely weak so it was quite useless.

We stayed here twice and enjoyed ig very much. Dinner up on the roof garden with beautiful views was wonderful. The staff was so nice and friendly, and went out of their way for us. Air conditioning was much appreciated in the hot July weather. The location is ideal, for the Archeological Museum and Capodamonte Park and Museum, and lots of great food in the the nearby piazzas.

In the heart of Historico Centro this is an excellent choice for Napoli. It occupies the top 3 floors of a older building but is very crisp, clean and modern inside. The rooftop area for a very good breakfast is an oasis of flowers with good views of the city. Alas, it was a little too cool for us to use and the first morning welcomed us with rain. She serves excellent coffee, sweet pastries, yogurt, cereal and juice. I would definitely stay here again.
