Hotel very comfortable, near the station, the rooms are very nice, and clean, the very friendly staff and state, has given many information to visit for naples. The morning begins with a good breakfast with delicious Neapolitan pastries ( Homemade), and then there is Also the salami, Ham etc. The structure has Wi-Fi service excellent and fast. I recommend this...

Just a note to anybody planning a stay at Hotel Garibaldi in Naples Italy, Be very wary of staff here as it seems that they have a thief working with them. I arrived at about 2.30 pm and was starving hungry so decided to take a stroll with my family and grab a feed. Before leaving I locked passports and...

You are the worse person who I met in my life. We do not need Your 20 euros, we are honest people who we work hard for Satisfy our guests. You wrote this lie Because you wanted a free vacation in Naples. You and Your family has broken the curtains and You took everything from the minibar. I make the...

This hotel is in a great location as it is handy for the main railway station but is just off the often congested Garibaldi Square. The room was a good size and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection of choices. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a lift but it...

Stayed here for one night whilst travelling around Italy. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main train station and is in the centre of Naples. The hotel at the staff were very nice and helpful and the room was pleasant enough for a short stay. If going for a longer stay, I would recommend a different...

We stayed here 2 weeks ago while touring Italy. The hotel was chosen by our travel agent. The Hotel is outdated and not even close to being a 4 star hotel even by European standards. There is no elevator meaning you need to carry your luggage up at least 4 sets of stairs, the rooms are outdated, bathrooms were SMALL,...

This is a really good hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom worked - not necessarily a given in Italy. The staff was great, and supported us extremely well when the inevitable happened and one of us was robbed in the street. The breakfast is also great, and the lady working in the breakfast room is a...

Napoli is Napoli! It's not Florence, it's not Venice and it's not Rome! Many guests commented on the vicinity and location being disappointing and grim. It all depends on what one expects! Napoli is a fishing town and the Italian folk are authentic as their lives revolve around the sea. I found the people helpful, friendly and eager to share...

Comfortably furnished place, not the roomiest but quite adequate for the price. Bathroom could be improved, the shower stall kept nearly flooding but bravely kept it up. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave me a hand with luggage, good advice for sights to see and places to go. I received a lot of rather belated warnings about the area but...

Nice, neat, small hotel next to the train station and the drop off/pick up point for the Alibus from the Airport. Very friendly people, never felt unsafe, but I think in any big city it might now be smart to go outside at midnight by yourself (as a woman at least), and so I didn't feel more unsafe than in...
