Strange hotel with no atmosphere and no staff other than 2 on reception. Telephone reception and nobody answers. No cafe/bar, no tourist concierge or baggage people and breakfast is chaotic and disorganised. Not sure what to make of it as it's just very odd. Room ok and view good. Location quite good close to Metro and restaurants in quieter part...

stayed here for one night and was very happy. Easy to find and located in the cosmopolitan shopping area. The hotel itself was spotless the room we had on the 9th floor afforded great views across the bay and out to sea. The room was immaculte with everything you could need. Reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. The...

Well-located in the bustling neighbourhood of Chiaia, but on a relatively quiet street. The room I got was a double for single use so spacious and on the fifth floor so sunny too. Everything (incl. free wi-fi) worked fine and the staff are pleasant and professional. The only thing that let the place down for me was the awful orange...

Good location, close to a streets with numerous bars. Close to via Toledo (shopping) close to via Caracciolo. Rooms spacious with comfortable mattress. Staff friendly and helpfull. Sometimes there is a storage odour in bathroom. Better choose a room on higher floor - less noise from the traffic and hustle on the steet.

The Exe Majestic is a nice hotel that could use a bit of modernization. The rooms are well appointed, lovely comfortable beds, the decor could be updated and the bathrooms could use a renovation, but don't let that put you off. Nice fluffy, clean towels changed daily and clean to a reasonable standard. The staff are efficient, friendly and gave...

The Majestic seems like the kind of place that was state if the art in the mid-90s. The decor is old, technology dated, fixtures broken. It might have been four star once, but those days are well gone. The service was also pretty bad - unhelpful desk staff. Their parking was full, and when we asked where we should then...

This hotel was the only reason we survived Napoli. The location is the best in all of Napoli. We hated the city, but loved the hotel. We will never go back to Napoli, but we will forever be grateful to this hotel.

Staff were very grumpy, booked through a website and took the paperwork with me to book in and had it thrown back at me and when we booked out there was no interest in how our stay was and not even a thank you! Grubby rooms, toilet wouldn't flush properly and had no sleep due to the noise from another...

Extremely friendly staff, brilliant location, and well priced for a junior suite, as described and pictured on website so no complaints! Apparently it is Italian law that irons are prohibited in hotels so you do have to pay for an ironing service. The prices are fair but just bare it in mind. Otherwise, great stay!!
