Stayed here at the end of August 2012 and the rooms were a good size, quiet and clean plus the price was good for central Naples. The location was good, 10 minutes walk to the castle and the breakfasts were varied and plentiful. The front desk were very helpful and ordered taxi's, clarifying price, for us when asked. This was...

I stayed here in Sept in a junior suite. The rooms and toilets are okay size and clean. But walking from the train station is quite a challenge on the cobbled stone pavement, especially if you have luggage. And service from the reception is appalling to say the least. They are downright rude and hostile. They even overcharged me and...

Nice clean Hotel. Room we had was large with big bed which was comfortable. Air con very good. Although we were on the 2nd floor at the front, and in the flight path, we did not hear any noise.Shower easy to use and temperature easy to set.Towels changed every day. Reception very friendly. Breakfast cost extra but reasonable choice. Cereal,...

Centrel location in Naples. Clean and tidy, staff were helpul. The Hotel met our needs for short stay, breakfast was sufficient. Visitors need to know that a 3€ surcharge is now added per person per night by way of a Goverment tax when staying here. Found Naples to be a very dirty City, good restaurant about 100m along the street...

Hotel Naples has a great location - 10 minutes from the port on foot, near the railway station, castle, red tour buses around the city. Breakfast is good, there is a choice. New interior, nice. Beautiful view of the city from the terrace on the 7th floor!

This Hotel is ideally located in a very safe area (which is extremely important in Naples!), it's within short distance from main attractions and offers nice views of main street. Rooms are very contemporary, simple and decent size. Very clean too. Air conditioning was a bit difficult to use, but the beds were very comfortable and we were happy with...

As we flew into Naples late at night, we needed somewhere to stop over until the next morning before travelling to the Amalfi Coast. Hotel Naples served its purpose. The room was fairly small but adequate for us. We were grateful for the friendly welcome at reception at 1.30am and the air conditioning in the room when we arrived. The...

We stayed in this Hotel at the end of July and found the staff very friendly, the bar always open and the rooms very clean. It was a good location to get to all of the central areas such as Piazza Plebiscito, Spaccanapoli, the Port and the Staion. Napoli is a litter strewn city that has many problems but also...

My wife and I stayed here in July 2012 and while there are some good points to this hotel I can assure you it is not a 4*. Good points: location near the port and railway station, easy to get on tourist bus, clean rooms, avaerage breakfast. Bad points: Service level erratic to say the least. We failed to be...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Naples for two nights in early June, 2012 and were very pleased with the hotel and the experience. The rooms were quite nice, relatively spacious as far as European hotels go, clean, and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering restaurant recommendations and directions galore. I honestly don't remember eating breakfast...
