I stayed several nights (not in a row) here with my daughter and always wanted to come back because of the warm feeling and nice rooms. I had an issue with some shirts needed to be ironed (no irons in the rooms), and the ladies did several on my shirts and packed them nicely! The breakfast which was being served...

The hotel has a lovely location - walking distance to the port and to the historic center. It is clean and the stuff is very nice. The place is central so the noise never goes down and you got to experience how Italians have fun all the time. The rooms however are quite quiet so if you want to shut...

This property serves breakfast on Rooftop with a view of the port which sets your mood for the day ahead .. Other than this , its a typical business traveler type facility where you never look out for details or focus on services but need a compact , clean room with good wifi and ease to travel . As a...

Barely a 2 stars hotel. NO WIFI!!!! that's a big problem for a tourist especially when The receptionnist tells u "oh really! I'll try to move u to another room" and then u find out that all the rooms don't have wifi. Plus the rooms are small and the shower cabin is too small u can't move! My friend found...

We had reserved a quadruple room in this hotel for our family of four for 3 nights from July 03, 2016. To our surprise, the hotel had arranged for us two separate but connected rooms which gave us more space and two bathrooms. The furniture in the rooms is modern. The rooms and the public areas of the hotel are...

My girlfriend and I stayed in the hotel and within 20mins our wallet and cash had been stolen from the lobby. We filed a police report & there were cameras on the area but they refused to help us or believe us. We suspect it was the maid cleaning around us. Horrible service and experience, avoid!!

This is a very nice hotel. Location is top: close to the old city centre and also close to the harbor. Rooms are well equiped and clean, and staff is friendly, Breakfast served at the top level of the hotel and some tables give a nice sea view.

We stayed 2 nights, family of 5. Stayed in a family suite, which was 2 rooms inter connecting. One king, one with 2 twins and a rollaway. Room very quiet despite being on a busy street. Centrally located. Breakfast included on rooftop, which was basic but served it's purpose. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is in a good location and looks nice outside. Reception was good but we asked to move rooms to accommodate our son and the staff were not helpful. The wifi did not work for our entire stay which was inconvenient. The breakfast was poor. Brown salad and the worst coffee I have had in Italy. Hot water was...

I always enjoy coming back to stay at this hotel when I am in Naples. I love that they serve the breakfast at the top floor, where they also have a beautiful open air terrace with a jaw dropping view both of the seaside and of the monastry at the top of the mountain. I am coeliac, and if I...
