Close to a great area full of bars etc, yet the hotel is really quiet. Really liked the setup. Common area (kitchen/dining) is well stocked and modern. Room was great with modern bathroom rainshower and a big comfortable bed.

Nice place on great location in Naples. Metrostation is near as well as a parking for your car. Room was nice (we had the suite) but a bit noisy. And breakfast could be a lot better then it is right now. The breakfastlady is a darling but just some fresh bread, savory items like ham and cheese and a boiled... More

I am surprised about the positive reviews but I can imagine that the management of this place knows very well how to get good reviews. I leave it to the reader... Our experience in a few words: Dark room in basement, uncomfortable bed, stained bedsheets, noisy, disappointing breakfast (coffee from the machine, packed croissants). We stayed two nights and paid... More

Dear Guest, I am very sorry that your stay at the PM3 was not to your liking. Our property is a home that has never advertised / boasted a panoramic view of the city. We are at street level, soundproofed from the outside with double glazed windows which allowed the rest to our guests, who have complained about the noise... More

We only stayed for one night in Naples unfortunately, as we were heading on to explore the south west coast. Just steps away from the underground station, Amedeo, the b&b is located in a lovely neighbourhood. The room was lovely with a fantastic shower in the bathroom. All white furnishings gave it a very fresh, modern look, equipped with docking... More

I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at the PM3 bed and breakfast. We had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before but this experience guaranteed that we will again. The actual room and common areas were impeccable- white, modern, beautiful, very comfortable. From the moment we arrived- which was late- almost 11 pm, Agustino was... More

The location of the B&B is really nice. Its in a good part in town nearby shops like Gucci. Unlike other parts of Napoli, the streets are clean. It's also nearby the subway so you can travel throughout the city without any problem. The B&B itself is great too. It's all white with design furniture. I stayed in the suite... More

Great location, right in the centre, near all the transports and a very elegant shopping area. The B&B is astonishing, modern design, big and comfortable rooms. Nothing to envy to a luxury hotel but with great rates. The gem is Agostino, the manager, very nice and helpful who gave us some great tips to visit the wonderful city of Naples.... More
