We were surprised that previous reviewers mentioned the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff at Hotel Palazzo Decumani, aside from the receptionist who was there at our check in, they were distinctly cold - especially the member of staff who was attending guests at breakfast on Sunday (it seems our overpriced rooms didn't include a smile). This lack of warmth...

I've been here on January 17 for a Business trip. Incredibly furnished, the rooms are huge and fancy. Helpful staff and perfect location let me enjoy the centre of Napoli for the few night I stayed. Da Michele Pizzeria, Bars in piazza San Domenico, SpaccaNapoli vibe just 2 minutes away. Suggested.

I only had one day by myself and wanted to be as close to the old part of town as possible. This hotel is only one street away from the heart of the old town, just go out the front door, turn left and left again. Then explore until your legs get tired and your eyes need a rest, as...

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in September. The room was clean, welcoming, nicely appointed, and a real bargain. I'm not sure the bargain was because it is in the Antic City Center, meaning it seems that the hotels along the marina cost more, or simply because Naples does not get a lot of US tourists, as compared...

We stayed here for two nights before heading south to Puglia. It was a good base for walking around this area, reasonably priced and quiet. A good cafe on the corner for a quick morning espresso. There was plenty of closet space, the bathroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. What more do you need for Naples?

It is in the heart of "Spaccanapoli", the neighbourhood in the centre of Naples, few steps from San Gregorio Armeno, the little street known for its Presepi, Duomo (with San Gennaro's treasure. Moreover with a nice walk you can arrive easily to Plebiscito square, to wonderful San Carlo theatre. By taxi it is very fast to arrive to the hotel...

This is a great central location for visiting Naples. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Nice welcome drink at the bar and very helpful suggestions for dining close to the hotel. Breakfast very nice but slight feeling of being in a basement! Would recommend without reservation.

My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights in November 2016. We were both extremely impressed with the hotel. Amongst the busy streets of Naples it was nice to find a calm and quiet place to relax after a day walking around. The rooms are a good size and well furnished with a comfortable bed an ample storage space for...

We had a wonderful stay here! Hotel and Room is absolutely gorgeous! We had a deluxe and had a king bed. Had a balcony and room is huge. Bathroom is big too. Looks like a remodeling was done in the last couple years. Robes and slippers were provided. Breakfast was good. There were croissants, other breads, cheese, eggs, cereals and...

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the Palazzo Decumani. Our room (on the 4th floor) was nice and spacious with occasional glimpses of Vesuvius when the cloud lifted. It was quiet, the wi-fi was good and so was the breakfast. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our welcome drink in the bar. The...
