The location of the hotel is perfect - a short walk from the both the station and the centre of the city. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always available. The rooms are clean and well-equipped.

We had been staying in Amalfi but wanted to tour Herculaneum. The only tour we found at a moment's notice was based in Sorrento. We booked the Hotel Sorrento City then took a ferry to Sorrento. What a delight! The hotel is on the bustling Corso Italia (the main drag) but quiet. Our room was small but nicely furnished--we opted...

Stopped over Easter weekend, nice clean hotel, breakfast was good a varied selection of pastries etc., We had a room overlooking the street which was very busy and noisy but couldn't hear any of it when the balcony doors were shut. The little balcony was nice to sit on and watch the world go by and we had a fantastic view of...

It was an excellent stay with friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed. You can walk down from the train station and piazzo. The supermarket is next door. Good view from the balcony. We witnessed the easter time parade. Only issue was you could hear other bathrooms flush. And you get the noise of traffic.

We stayed here in May 2014 - after my wedding. The whole cre of 8 had amazing rooms, great service, a great view of the area, and even a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Within walking distance of everywhere you want to check out, the street markets, ruins, etc. Hotel amenities were just what we needed - and nothing...

After an easy flight and a good transfer we arrived at the hotel. When the receptionist shows you to your room and starts off with if you don't like it we can change you on Sunday alarm bells ring. We booked in March for a weeks stay in September. Room 206 was small, dark and narrow. Had we only been...

Fantastic location as in centre of Sorrento, rooms very small but immaculate and plenty large enough for a short stay. The staff were so very helpful. Breakfast is continental and fairly basic but plentiful. A room safe is available free of charge if you ask at Reception. Hairdryer, tissues and complimentary shampoos and showergel in room. Parking also available closeby....

Hotel is fine for a short stay. The breakfast is limited but the rooms are clean and the hotel location is excellent. Top tip, don't leave your car with the 'valet' service they offer. Our car returned absolutely filthy and with a scratch on it. The hotel was very quick to say it's not their problem and the car company...
