We were disappointed with our room, overlooked the railway tracks, was twin beds pushed together when we had booked a double room, shower was tiny and poor flow, pillows were like biscuits and beds were hard. Also breakfast left us unimpressed, out of three mornings we went only on the first day, bread was stale, fruit was tinned and service...

Easy access from train station, which made our pompeii trip easy. Supermarket, pharmacy, laundrette are close by. My husband and daughter caught a nasty stomach virus and the staff were very kind. Several sets of sheets, extra pillows, 10 clean towels and a cleaner who needs a bonus for cleaning our room. Thank you for helping us so generously. Free...

Our travel group was at this hotel November 22, 2016. The pool was closed. There was smoking inside the rooms and the staff was indifferent to this. The American style breakfast buffet was good. The rooms were reasonably clean and spacious. The train runs from 6am to 10pm, so if you plan to sleep outside those hours, GOOD LUCK!

After reading some reviews of this place we were a little apprehensive.. but this hotel was lovely! Our room was spacious, quiet and had a lovely good size bathroom with a balcony. The bed was comfy and we got a great night sleep here. The restaurant was great and we enjoyed our meals here. For the breakfast my husband completely...

Location is a short walk from the center of the city and our room was very quiet and comfortable with a view of the waterfront. This was part of a Globus tour. Highly recommended to individual travelers as well.

I really liked this hotel. Larger room than some. Everything functional including extra sockets for chargers. The mattress denned new and was comfortable. Nice bathroom except dark shower. The breakfast was one of the nicest on the tour.

We travelled to Sorrento for a family wedding and wanted a centrally located hotel and despite some unfavourable reviews about the food, decided the price was so good we had to try the Michelangelo - and we were very glad we did. We had a great week, with lovely staff, a spotless and well maintained hotel in all its areas,...

Stayed here for 3nights as part of wedding anniversary 10day holiday. From the moment we walked in the welcome and service was fantastic. The room and hotel was spotless but the best thing was the location. The Hotel is on Corso Italia and within walking of Passo Tonale (The Hub of Sorrento with really good restaurants/cafes, Shops and access for...

We spent 2 nights as part of a tour and had a pleasant stay. Room was contemporary, clean comfortable and very quiet. Bartender friendly and personable; desk personnel slightly aloof at times. Good location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Well stocked Super Mercado nearby. Meals OK.

I stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour. My room was in a building across a driveway. The room was big and had a king sized bed but It was old and tired. The shower rose was clogged with calcium and I got a paper clip from reception and cleared it a bit. The towels were thin and...
