Seemed nice enough. Room was clean and mostly quiet. Loud gurgling noise from bathroom drain every time someone above flushed the toilet.
Meals were adequate, not spectacular. Dining room staff disinterested, as in many places in Italy.

The bathroom stank.
You can hear everything being said and actions going on in adjoining rooms.
The bed was uncomfortable with one foam pillow supplied.
The food was garbage.
The staff were average.
