Exceptional service from the maitre d'- Sasha. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Palazzo Marziale for 4 nights in February and had the most amazing time! What a beautiful building! The staff were friendly and attentive, offering hints and helpful information for trips and days out we were taking, directions to restaurant's and suggestions for where was good to eat (unfortunately their own restaurant was closed,...

Great little hotel in the middle of Sorrento. The building dates back to the 15th century and there are Roman ruins under the glass floor in the 1st floor restaurant. There are also two lounges to relax in besides your room. It definitely feels like home away from home. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs....

Beautiful base in central Sorrento for visiting the Amalfi coast and Pompei. Everything about the Palazzo and our room was just heavenly and the staff are exceptional. Great to visit this area without the usual crowds - a totally new and refreshing view of everywhere. Parking system works brilliantly - the Palazzo have an agreement with a car park on...

My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo Marziale last week. Lucky for us it was the first day they reopened for the season. I can't even begin to describe all that is wonderful about this place. The building, the furnishings, the bed, the location, the breakfast and especially the people. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our...

Palazzo Marziale is without doubt a charming, comfortable boutique residence of some 11 guest rooms. The charm appeal starts at the entrance and continues throughout the buildiing to the central lounge, main restaurant area and the outdoor terrace. Quality furniture compliment the period style decor. Guest rooms are identified by name rather than by number, a cute touch. Our room...

Went to Sorrento for a couple of days to combine with a trip to the rugby in Rome. Whilst it was obviously out of season, Sorrento was still a nice place to visit but Palazzo Maziale was superb. Beautiful big rooms, impeccably decorated and fitted out, real grandeur, and the reception area is quite rustic but in a grand way....

We stayed here for 3 nights and just loved it. Upon check in we were pleasantly surprised by the "cuteness" of the decor in the lobby, common areas and the rooms. Such a beautiful property with lots of character and charm. The breakfast is lovely as well with made to order Italian coffee. The location is great, steps to everything...
