Lovely hotel & met our needs completely, We travelled with another couple for a mini break. Both our rooms were fine - lovely balconies, fresh towels daily & very clean! Whole hotel was clean. All staff very friendly, approachable & helpful. We stayed B&B so no idea on evening food - however breakfast was fantastic. Ideal location to explore the...

Very nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Good location, less than ten minutes walk to the centre of Sorrento, Received a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival to welcome you to the hotel, very nice touch. Nice quiet swimming pool with very reasonably priced food and drink in the poolside bar.

We booked this hotel through Thomson as a city break as there is so much to see and the hotel is conveniently situated for the train and bus station. We can't fault this hotel (unless maybe you need wifi). Our room was in the annex on the third floor overlooking the main road but it wasn't as noisy as we...

My wife and I stayed in the hotel from 3 to 14 October 2016 on a Thomson holiday. The hotel is well situated for public transport. The quality of the staff is mixed although most are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. In some areas the cleanliness left something to be desired. The restaurant and food...

Reading the other reviews I suspect that the rooms here can be variable with regard to noise levels, floor space and balcony views depending on location, but we had no complaints about our room (No 612) in the annexe. It was a first floor corner room with two balconies, spacious floor area and quiet. Clean towels every day. View wasn't...

Stayed a week at Grand Hotel Flora on a Thomson package tour. Hotel situated on a main road so the front bedroom we had was quite noisy at night. I think rooms at the back of the hotel would be less prone to traffic noise and fumes when balcony door was open. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful...

We have just returned from 11 nights at the Grand Hotel Flora. Weather was very good until yesterday when it poured. We would happily stay at the Flora again, we chose it because of its location which is very handy for Tasso Square , the train and bus station. We had a room at the back of the hotel which...

The Grand Hotel in Sorrento is beautifully well kept hotel that once would have been glorious. The hotel has a great location about 5 minutes from the town centre. The rooms are nice rather small, nothing special. The Hotel pool is lovely, as is the bar downstairs as a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet and restaurant at the...
