The rooms where very clean and nice with a balcony. At night they had a guitar player in the bar lounge which was very romantic. The hotel has a rooftop pool, garden and bar. It includes a continental breakfast and a restaurant with regional and international cuisine.Piazza Tasso is a few blocks away, with great restaurants and shopping. I would...

I stayed here during a Road Scholar tour in October. The weather was uncommonly chilly and rainy. I spent the first two nights searching for warmer pajamas as the hotel had not turned on the heat. The extra blankets were like army blankets... heavy and itchy. The room was depressing. Breakfasts were the same every day and water and coffee...

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is right up the hill from downtown and is within walking distance from shopping and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue I had was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear the people in the room next to you and vice versa. Overall a...

Old grand hotel past its heyday. Super location minutes walk from Sorrento main square. Staff all excellent service great. Food disappointing, poor for the level of hotel. They need to cook good local food and not try to cook for the tourists. Rooms good size clean but basic. Bed very hard.

I agree with previous posters about the positive things about this hotel. Clean, very courteous and helpful staff, very comfortable rooms. Best of all is the location with an easy walk to downtown or train station. The view from the rooftop pool/patio/bar is stunning. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the views. Breakfast and lunch are fine, but I...

We thoroughly enjoyed our five day stay in this charming & well appointed hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate, and there were always fresh bed linen and towels every day. The reception staff were friendly and very helpfull. The waiters were also exceptionally polite and extremely professional. The buffet breakfast was limited but ok. Always eggs and...

Chose this hotel for it's location, minutes away from central Sorrento. Rooms spotlessly clean, reception staff pleasant and helpful. Food however left a lot to be desired. it was obvious that our menu was based on the group rate negotiated by our tour operators as we saw other groups with a much more interesting menu. I am sure that there...
