My husband and I along with two friends recently spent a week at the Europa Palace and I must say it was in the perfect location. Three minutes from the center of Sorrento and with the most wonderful views. The downstairs in the hotel was very grand and the outside space was wonderful, although our rooms had wonderful sea views...

We had room 107 with balcony and sea view and had travelled with Riviera Travel. Balcony accessed from the double doors had wicker lloyd loom furniture which was separated from other balconies by planters for about 8/10 feet, but all the balconies stretched out further to a huge veranda which merged into one overlooking the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius...

Perfectly located on the cliff top above the port with a fantastic view of Mt Vesuvius from the hotel terrace and the more pricey rooms. We had room 115 on the first floor overlooking the road. The road noise during the day was constant but not too obtrusive and at night it didn't prevent us sleeping. The room itself was...

Had a week here at this elegant hotel. Beautiful dining room and sun drenched bar terrace overlooking bay of naples and views over to Vesuvius. The staff were friendly and food good. Hotel a short walk from the centre of Sorrento so a prefect position. The old fishing village isa short, very steep walk or there is a lift. The...

We decided to stay at the Europa for a second visit, purely for the location which is wonderful. We won't be going there again though, we thought the food might have improved but sadly has got worse. Although it is a half board hotel we only ate there on one occasion, the food has no taste to it whatsoever and...

This hotel claims to be a 4*, in my opinion it is far from any 4* I have stayed in previously. The rooms are basic, no tea/coffee facilities, had to ask for an extension cable as there was only one plug socket in the room and that was already running an extension to the 20" TV and fridge. some of...

Good ... Nice building, public areas stylish and well maintained. Staff Charming, and efficient. Lovely views from the seaward side. Close to town centre. OK ... Breakfast, hot options slightly strange. Dinner, unremarkable but ok. Poor ... Quite a number of things. In no particular order. Drinks prices, Gin and Tonic, £10, yes really. Bedrooms urgently need refurbish. Beds very...

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent, portions not massive but very nice with plenty of variety. This hotel is a delight typical classy older style Italian hotel with a view to die for. Rooms spotless. We found all the staff to be warm and welcoming. Breakfast excellent, evening dinner top quality - we stayed 10 nights, every night the menu had 5 different starters and 5 different mains and the deserts are wonderful waiter service. Sorrento...
