We stayed during the last week of the season. The pool was still slightly heated, and I swam on four occasions. The poolside area is lovely with good views. The restaurant also has beautiful views.

The shuttle starts really early, I think around 8 but is totally free.
You do have to pay a tax as you leave, this is payable in most Italian hotels I believe. Works out about 3 euros per person per day I think.
