We stayed here as part of a Thomson holiday for one week. It was a mistake. We were not given the room we asked for, although we tried to change, reception was unhelpful. the room was small, hot, and dark. The bathroom was adequate, but very little space to put washing items etc. We were supposed to be on half... More

Me & my friend stayed here for a week travelling with Thomson. The hotel is in a fantastic location it takes only a few minutes walk and you're in the centre. The rooms are basic but very clean and the air conditioning is great! We stayed in room 305 which has a lovely view of the bay. We had a... More

We travelled as a young couple to Hotel Eden with Thomas Cook last week, returning today, we had such a lovely week and the hotel was lovely! The location is perfect for the train station and the main square in Sorrento (a 3 minute walk maximum if you walk really slowly!) The train from Sorrento to Pompeii was cheap (€2.20... More

It's only 3 star & we stayed B&B but we were very pleased. The location is great - central & close to bus & train stations. The breakfast was much better than we expected & the place was spotless. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The only downside was our room which had very basic furniture. The bathroom was... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you are looking to travel (train station nearby) or just to potter around the piazza Tasso and street life nearby. The room was not massive but clean and no problems. Only thing I would change is would love to have tea-making facilities, but we... More

Ten of us (six adults, two children) stayed at the Hotel Eden for five nights in June 2015. How lucky we felt to have found this place! We were warmly greeted by Micheal and Maria as soon as we arrived and they kept the pool open for us for an extra two hours just so the kids can swim. They... More

This is a great hotel in Sorrento, we loved our week's stay. Very central location, close to shops, restaurants, Piazza Tasso but very quiet. 10 minutes walk to Marina Piccolo for ferries, 5 minutes walk to the train station/bus. We had a lovely view, room is simply furnished, has aircon, flatscreen TV, fridge, over bath shower. I would have liked... More

Room We chose to have the French Balcony room which was great as you had a view of Vesuvius and over the pool area. It was kept very clean, towels replaced daily and beds made, which is one of my main issues so there was no problem there! If you book make sure you ask for the french balconies, we... More
