a warm welcome and modern comfortable rooms in a central old town location that makes it a five minute walk to several bars and restaurants but its alleyway location means it is still really quiet at night

We had a great time staying here. It was very welcoming and had a pleasant atmosphere, beautiful amenities and a tasty breakfast. The locations was great for traveling and sight seeing. We were not far from the bus stops, and our walks led us to great side street stores.

B&B Adelberga is right in the middle of the action of Salerno. We were within quick walking distance of the oceanfront, restaurants and attractions. Ludovico was helpful pointing out local attractions, as well as recommendations for restaurants. He cooked breakfast every morning for us. He was also very accommodating when there was a mixup about checkout times. A heads up:...

the owner and operator of this B&B Hotel is by far the kindest most gentle considerate man I have ever met in all of my travels. relocation was perfect because I like to be in the old part of town near all the best restaurants and authentic Salerno Italy location. it was also very quiet at night for sleeping. I...

not sure if he's the owner, but the guy that greeted us when we showed up three hours late was super nice and spoke perfect English. He completely took care of everything we needed. This place was clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept well and would definitely stay here again. It's not easy to find, but the gps on your...

Salerno was our first stop on a 10-day whirlwind tour of Italy. After a 30-minute walk from the train station, we arrived at B & B Adelberga around 2:00 pm, only to find it closed for the afternoon. We decided to just walk around by the water (five minutes walk away), only to be approached by Ludovico (the B &...

We arrived by train from Rome and it took us over 30 minutes to walk from the train station through the pedestrian zone to the Old Town as we had to keep checking the map and we are in our mid 60s and were lugging suitcases. As we stopped at the end of the street/small alley way Ludovico came up...

This was our first stop on a road trip up the Amalfi coast and we couldn't have chosen a better starting point! Location wise it's perfect (tucked away in the old town but still close to the seafront and plenty of bars/restaurants) and our room was lovely; clean and spacious with some nice quirky touches. Most of the reviews on...

The reviews were right! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ludovico was a gracious host and offered great advice on places of interest, restaurants or any other questions we had. The location of Salerno makes it easy to visit the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Naples and other tourist attractions whilst enjoying the comforts that this B&B offers. This was...
