This is a great place to base yourself while exploring and hiking around the Amalfi coast. The hostel owners are two of the friendliest and most accommodating gentlemen I have met in Italia. Hostel is clean and comfortable, free internet is accessible everywhere including the rooms, and the free breakfast is an excellent perk. They even accommodated to my allergies and...

The best and most hospitable place I have ever stayed in while traveling. I would recommend this hostel to anyone who decides to spend some time in Amalfi. Gabrielle and Fellipo were the most caring, enthusiastic and helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Truly exceptional service. Hats off to these two and the unparalleled welcoming atmosphere...

This hostel is located just outside the tourist bustle of Almafi - and is owned and operated by two incredible brothers who truly welcome you as part of their family for your stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted across the square and warmly welcomed. The hostel is centrally located, a short walk to the beach, bus stop,...

If you want to learn about Italian culture and not stay with all the tourists, this is the place to be. The brothers who run the hostel are very welcoming and keep a family atmosphere. The hostel is clean and there are many options for rooms from family and private rooms, to beds for travelers and people on tighter budgets....

Unless you're a student on a tight budget or do not care for cleanliness do not stay here. I don't understand how this place has got good reviews. The rooms are very dark, the lights do not make a difference. The walls do not reach to the ceiling so private conversations are a no no. Rooms are very small, no...

I stayed in atrani for 2days at A'scalinatella Hostel and those days were best among the 22 days of my trip in Italy. Since there was only me staying that period, the host let me stay in private room instead of dormitory. Two brothers who were born in Atrani run this hostel and they were so friendly and welcoming. A'Scalinatella...

Great spot. Complimentary breakfast which was delicious. Great first Hostel experience. The town is gorgeous. The staff were very nice. On site laundry-pay. They owned cafe right around the corner which was convenient for breakfast. Shared bathroom/shower. Roommates were a bit noisy coming in late on first night.

Had a great stay in a private room at A' Scalinatella. Had a balcony overlooking the piazza. The two brothers that own the place we're very helpful and kind. Atrani was a great location to be staying in. Gorgeous 10 minute walk to Amalfi. Wouldn't change anything.

The rooms are basic but comfortable, the location is great only 5 minutes walk from Amalfi. The staff helped with tours. They have a notice board with tours and ferry times and weather. I was a felmale solo traveler who felt safe at all times here

Fantastically located and well equipped, this cosy hostel is run by two marvellous Italian brothers, Gabriele and Fillipo. Always happy to lend a hand with information for coastal hikes and daily activities. Only a stone throw from a beautiful pebble beach, and a mere 8 minute walk from the heart of Amalfi. Value for money - would stay again!
