You can still sit on the sun loungers overlooking the sea. I would agree the sea can be rough at times and quite difficult to swim in. When my partner and I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, the whole pool area was closed at nighttime. I would have loved to sit by the sea in the dark with a wee cocktail.
