Absolutely enjoyed our stay at unique hotel for 4 nights. Our room with the balcony overlooking the town Amalfi was superb. Location on top of the cliff is Amazing. Walkable to town, excellent and very helpful staff. Breakfast was always nice and the serving staff was very nice and was served on the balcony with the view. This hotel has...

We spent three nights in this hotel. Our room was 'quirky' in that it was built into the cliff wall and boasted a short staircase that led up the rockwall to a 'terrace'. The hotel uses the term 'terrace' but this was in reality a small balcony about two metres square with a table and two chairs. The balcony did...

the building and the hotel have lots of history. It is built on an old convent, with a cloisters. The decorations are traditional for the Sorrentine Peninsula - old ceramic tiles on the floor and bathroom walls for example, and all very charming. The view from the terrace is spectacular.

We stayed there as part of a U.S. tour group. The hotel is interesting and pretty in some ways but is average in terms of "creature comforts.". By that i mean lame shower, slow draining sinks and overnight staff. We were left very early in the morning but they didn't have a porter to take our bags downstairs. That was...

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights bed and breakfast having read reviews on most 4 and 5 star hotels in the area - and we loved it. Old school, no mod-cons and all the better for it, traditional service and cool large rooms with beautiful views out across Amalfi

We stayed 3 nights while hiking in the area. Our first room was small with a shower and on our 3rd night we switched rooms to a one with a bath. Both had lovely views of the coast and were very pretty. The breakfast is very nice. Because this was converted from a convent, there are hallways and alcoves -...

The hotel is beautiful and unique in its own regard, but what really separates it from the competition is its location and direct sea access. The hotel restaurant across the street was delicious and provided the most amazing views at night. While the hotels location provides the perfect amount of seclusion and privacy, you are only a 5 minutes walk...

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our guided tour of Italy. The hotel was once a convent and was charming and quaint albeit a challenge to navigate due to it's architecture. Being that it was originally built as a convent the rooms were all different. Our room was rather small but had it's own terrace overlooking the...

The hotel owns and rents out a 12 bedroom villa, high above the main hotel. The view is spectacular, the rooms are charming but the climb up the stone steps is exhausting. (I lost count around 200). We were touring with Culture Discovery and had the whole villa to ourselves, a group of 13. It was a wonderful private spot...

3 couples from Australia stayed at this hotel for a week. An outstanding choice. Don't come here expecting all the mod cons. Look at the photos and understand that you are getting an historic experience and old fashioned rooms, which are pretty basic, but have everything you need. The food is way about average whilst not being a Michelin star...
