The hosts of this beautifully located Retreat are friendly, fun and organized. The quality of events and presenters is stunning! They sit right at the Gateway to Kananaskis Country, via Sheep River country. The food is good and the wine is divine. I have been to the Retreat more than three times. Good work Pat and Doug!

Two couples treated to a weekend B&B Stay over. Very relaxed atmosphere and engaging hosts! The Resort home is both comfortable and spacious with modern conveniences - including an outdoor clay pizza oven! Food was delicious – we all recommend this Resort highly!

Loved the setting and the intimate, homey feel of the building. Pizza in the outdoor oven made for a fun supper (everyone in our group...

We booked the Wild rose room at the DW artisan retreat as a way to visit the Calgary. The owners were so knowledgeable of the area and really helped us with our travels around the area. The retreat is neat, clean, modern, and in a beautiful location in the foothills sw of Calgary and the breakfasts were a wonderful bonus.
