The person above's answer clarifies it: the rooms are on a pathway off the rock face like a motel. Each room is distinct and most definitely has a key.

The pool has a separate fees of about 20 euros. It needs to be paid even if you are hotel guest, and outsiders can also pay to use the pool. Im not sure of the exact timings but I think it closes around 8 or 9 pm. It is open... More

We saw no pets when we were there...but I would email them to ask... I would expect not...
