The establishment is in an old factory that has been renovated to create a spectacular setting designed for the peace and relaxation of our clients. Our hotel is situated on one of the city's main avenues, providing excellent links with the port and city centre. We have a wonderful team of staff who provide fantastic customer service. Hotel Solvasa Valencia also offers some exclusive, fully-equipped facilities that have been exquisitely decorated. It is easy for you to find the accommodation option you are looking for. We have extremely competent, friendly staff and a complete "family" of hotels, apartments and bungalows that range from two to four stars. This hotel was opened in 2005. It is located in a building from the 19th Century which has been fully renovated while still respecting the structure of what was previously an old flour factory. The hotel has three floors across which our 93 rooms are distributed. Three of these rooms are Suites. Our elegant lobby has a lift, 24-hour air-conditioned reception a safe service you can make use of. Furthermore, the establishment boasts a bar and a lovely café. Guest who are travelling on business can find many modern conference rooms available, should they be required.

Hi. How far is the nearest metro from the hotel.Thank you.
Hi! We did not use the metro, which I understand is 15 min away from the hotel. We did use the bus, which is close, convenient and cheap. We also used taxis several times , downtown is very close, about 3 km from the hotel,as wel as other sites like The Arts and Science complex designed by Calatrava. Taxis rates are very reasonable!! Enjoy your stay!! We enjoyed the hotel very much ( Solvasa Valencia Htl, now known as Checkin Htl)

Continuate a ripetere che dovevamo parlare noi, ma come abbiamo detto più volte sia quella sera, sia la mattina dopo, anche la cameriera poteva parlare e venirci a dire che stava preparando e la tempistica, invece che non farsi più vedere per mezzora abbondante, e, dal punto di vista di un italiano, per come vengono gestite queste cose in italia, poteva portare uno spezzafame tipo una ciotolina di patatine (in italia quasi dappertutto ci sono grissini nel caso di ristoranti, o patatine o noccioline nel caso di bar) visto che l'attesa si protraeva. Perdipiù, non parla inglese se non poche parole, detto proprio da lei stessa. Abbiamo avuto problemi anche a farle capire che volevamo più di un menù da leggere, essendo in 4. Glielo dicevamo in inglese e non capiva. Abbiamo dovuto spiegarci a gesti. Parla solo spagnolo. Io lo spagnolo lo capisco abbastanza, ma non lo so parlare. Lei l'inglese lo parla pochissimo e lo capisce pochissimo. Come le dovevamo spiegare un discorso così strutturato tipo "è da più di mezzora che aspettiamo del cibo che si prepara in molto meno tempo e abbiamo fame, quindi, se non è un problema ce ne andiamo, ma paghiamo comunque quanto effettivamente consumato"? In che lingua dovevamo comunicare? Altra cosa, il direttore il giorno dopo, dopo che la sera prima avevamo chiesto di parlare con lui, ma giustamente era a casa, e poi lo abbiamo richiesto alle 8.30 circa del mattino dopo, e ci hanno detto che arrivava alle 10, poi alle 10 passate ha fatto dire dal receptionist che quel giorno non c'era, ma poi, visto che non mollavamo, è stato chiamato al cellulare ed è sceso dal piano superiore... Ha detto che prima di vedere come risolvere voleva sentire anche le sue dipendenti, ma la sera prima, prima di bloccarci la porta della camera, e intimarci che o pagavamo o stavamo fuori dalla camera tutta la notte, senza nessuna possibilità di rimandare il problema al giorno dopo col direttore come da noi richiesto (ripartivamo il 29, mica il giorno stesso) nessuno ha voluto prima sentire cosa avevamo da dire noi, clienti. Avete bloccato la porta e stop. Quando ho chiesto come ci avevano rintracciato cosí infretta quella sera ha ammesso di non aver guardato i filmati, e che il personale, in base al fatto che si parlava di una famiglia di italiani con 2 figli ha bloccato la nostra camera, ma non avendo guardato i filmati non potevano sapere se venivamo da, o se andavamo verso le camere, e poi, essendo il bar con accesso esterno, quante delle tantissime altre famiglie di italiani con figli che ci sono qui in vacanza poteva essere? Che si fa, si tira a caso??? E dopo aver detto più volte la sera prima, che non avevamo aspettato solo 15-20 minuti come diceva la cameriera, il giorno dopo il direttore non aveva ancora guardato i filmati, e continuava ad insistere che non si può aspettare solo 15-20 minuti, segno che i filmati non li aveva guardati, e segno ancora peggiore che partiva dal presupposto che stessimo mentendo, continuando a menzionare solo la tempistica detta dalla cameriera. I filmati li ha guardati solo dopo nostra precisa sollecitazione. Comunque no, non mi sono ricreduta sul vostro conto, proprio per niente. Non si trattano cosí i clienti. E dopo averli trattati così non bastano 2 scuse, dalla cameriera e dalla receptionist, e nemmeno dal direttore, per sistemare il tutto e far avere un buon ricordo, assolutamente! Ma tanto la vostra risposta sarà sempre la stessa: dovevamo parlare noi. Voi non vi menzionate mai, sia a voce che per iscritto, tra i doveri... Noi clienti invece sembra che abbiamo solo doveri... mi pare pura pazzia! In italia non funziona così... Ma basta saperlo e restarcene in italia per le prossime vacanze, come già deciso.
