The hotel was perfect for exploring the city with easy access for the Metro and shops. Plenty of lovely restaurants to eat in in the small side streets which seem to be never ending . Hotel was very good we upgraded and had a room with balcony which was well worth the extra. Rooms cleaned very well daily with tea/coffee...

A great location to explore the heart of Valencia. This hotel was clean, had friendly staff, excellent free wi-fi and although we had a standard room it was modern and worked for us. We did not have breakfast as there are many cafes and restaurants nearby to try (will mention a few at the end if anyone is interested). The...

This hotel is well placed to visit the old city. Most sites are within easy walking distance and there is a taxi rank round the corner for travels further afield. The hotel is very clean and tidy. However I have seen sites that advertise this hotel as having a restaurant and this is not the case. It has a very...

Good hotel, decent staff. The only 'issue' we had was the language barrier. Spanish people (at least the ones we talked to in cafe's , bar, restaurant etc.) speak poor english and as we aren't spanish speaking persons, it has occurred more than once that we ordered something and got something completely different. Including the one time we ordered liquor...

We had a large group of friends with us for the weekend. The hotel was really accommodating. Staff were great. Jose cannot do enough for you and the maids keep the rooms immaculate. Great location as well to top it all off. Some lovely local restaurants. Well worth another visit.

A clean, modern hotel situated in an excellent location offering great value for money. Opposite the Astoria Palace where we have stayed previously, the Catalonia Excelsior although smaller is far superior in our opinion. We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of January on a Room Only basis. Had a room on the top floor with a large...

Very well situated in the heart of Valencia. I had unfortunately (even after asking) a very noisy room on the first floor at the entrance of the hotel. Maybe I shouldn't have asked ? The next day I went for a short run at 6:45am in the old river (converted into a parc). Breakfast is simple but good and the...

Very nice hotel in good location, clean & tidy. Reception very helpful and polite. Room cleaned every day. The only downside was the Burger king in the same street, very noisy at night. Hotel just off main square, so very close to shops and bars etc. Hotel only five minutes from station, easy walking distance. Breakfast thirteen euros each, bit...

This is a very good reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Valencia near plenty of restaurants and sights. Close to a taxi rank. Impressed that several staff addressed me by name. Breakfast good. WiFi fine. Rooms clean and spacious. I stayed five nights and was very pleased.

Nice and peaceful hotel in downtown in a quiet street. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the historical center, nearby shops as well. 500m to the metro station.
