I feel I need to write this whilst whilst mid holiday due to the current situation we all find ourselves in. I am here with my family we have 2 children aged 9 & 4. We arrived on the 15th July the first day the resort opened, as expected they had already set the whole resort set up with sanitation stations whenever you entered indoors and markers are around to guide you to keeping safe distances and masks to be worn when entering indoors / communal spaces, also temperature checks when booking in. All staff are wearing masks wether in doors or out and everyone just seems to be happy to be back working again. The Buffett is imo better as you are served the food and Perspex shields are in front to prevent you serving yourself. When entering the water park or zoo they are taking temperature checks of everyone. All I can say is a huge thank you to all the staff here, we feel safe and relaxed with everything you have in place and as the days go by more people have arrived and your standards have stayed high, thank you and we will carry on enjoying our much needed family holiday!!

We have been to this holiday twice now and are planning to return our son absolutely loves it and always asks to go back so they must be doing something right we went when it was the older cabins the first time and we were more than happy with them then we got upgraded the second time to the new cabins WOW they were stunning we were delighted the new pool area was gorgeous and great so you can keep an eye on your kids. The different restaurants were great loads of choice we mostly visited the buffet restaurants. The waterpark is vast and just a walk down the road and if your all inclusive plus it's all in the price as well as the massive zoo that is included in the price aswell both are fantastic this is only a walk down the road and you can also enter the zoo from inside the resort. The night time is as expected kids club disco and then there are tribute acts the large space this all takes place is plenty of room to get a seat we love this place and can't wait to return once all this coronavirus is away hope to see you soon magic.

This holiday was the exact replica of a perfect family holiday you would see in a fancy advertisement. All of the staff at the resort are an absolute credit, especially the entertainment staff who go above and beyond to please. The food was not gourmet but there was a generous buffet with a good selection of food that was changed every night, and there was definitely something for everyone would enjoy. There is also two restaurants on the resort. The meat restaurant is incredible. The little cabins and rooms are beautiful and have amazing air conditioning to keep you comfortable on those warm nights. The location was also great with a shuttle bus that takes you directly into Benidorm several times a day making it easy to explore, although you wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. The whole holiday was amazing. We have already booked to come back.

we arrived late at night so check in was not as bad as some other reviews on here, but he said because it was late to come back to reception tomorrow to be told anything we need to know, gave us our wristbands and sent us on our way. You get a buggy to your room and that was funny as it ran out of battery half way up the hill. Rooms were lovely, double bed (2 singles pushed together) then bunk beds in separate room and 2 small bathrooms with showers, was so disappointed in the cleanliness, the cleaners come in and just made the beds, the floors were never cleaned, every time we came in from the day to get ready for evening our feet were black as soon as we got out the shower, had to put flip flops on straight away, I ended up cleaning the floor with baby wipes. Breakfast is okay, but lunch and dinner are absolutely disgusting, My children and I hardly ate anything the whole week, and the fly's are everywhere, I mean you grab a bit of ham and 5 fly's fly off, when eating dinner you are constantly hitting them away something needs to be done to try and control this. Entertainment is crap!!! and all in Spanish! queues to get drinks are about 20 minutes long all night every night, even during the day around the pool and water park! Swimming pool is far too small we went to the water park every day which is amazing just 1 little down side is the amount of schools that go in there, the children push all the little children out the lines for the little slides and no teachers supervise them, but don't waste your holiday by staying at the hotel pool. Zoo is good. The on site shuttles are so good, drivers always wait for you and make sure you don't get left, they are all so polite and lovely to the children.
My 2 boys made friends and wanted a photo with them all, myself and my husband told them to jump on the buggy that was parked up, the were sitting in it just about to have a photo and a young man who worked there came round the corner and shouted at them asking what they think they were doing and to get off, as he drove off he was shaking he's head muttering something in Spanish, the weren't doing anything wrong!

At Magic Natura we work very hard to offer a unique and magical experience to all our customers, for this reason any comments or suggestions for improvement are welcome in order to meet the expectations of our customers. At Magic Natura we have a daily cleaning service and it is one of the aspects most highly valued by our clients. If a client considers that he/she needs additional cleaning, he/she only has to ask for it at reception. The Magic Natura has a wide are varied menu for both adults and children with fresh products and of a high quality including meats (pork, turkey, chicken and beef) fish (with and without sauces), pasta, rice (included Spanish Paella or Fideua), salads and vegetables. The menu includes both Spanish and International dishes, a chocolate fountain, a variety of pastries and cakes, fruits, yogurts and different ice cream options apart from the whippy type ice cream with a selection of toppings which guests serve themselves there is also a freezer in the restaurant with selection of ice creams including small tubs, sundaes cornets and ice lollies. Our entertainment programme is international and our entertainers use Spanish and English for activities and shows. We also have British staff on the entertainment team. For safety reasons only authorised staff are allowed to use the buggies. Magic Natura guests have free daily access throughout their stay to Terra Natura and Aqua Natura, where they can enjoy both the animals and the water park. we recently returned from Magic Natura and we already can’t wait to book for next year! From the moment we arrived it didn’t disappoint. The place looks beautiful, we had a sea view lodge which was about a 30 second walk to the pools :) so perfect location for us.
Rooms:
Always clean, enough room for what we needed, we had a 2 bedroom lodge so bunk beds in one room (only downside was there was no aircon in the room) but in the main bedroom / lounge area air con worked perfectly! Every day the beds were made and everywhere cleaned it felt brand new again!
Pools:
The pool team are there early every morning cleaning all the pool areas, pools open at 10am every day we always got sun beds for the day, entertainment team are there every day doing games around the pool which my kids loved! And water aerobics which got everyone involved in, on one of the days they had a foam party in the little pool and all the kids had soo much fun even the adults.
The infinity pools overlooking the elephants and deers was just so special my 16 month old loved looking at them whilst in the pool, even though it was busy in the resort the pools were never crammed.
Food :
There was always lots of choice every day for everyone which was great as I was worried about this having 4 kids who like different foods, but they always had full belly’s every day.
Entertainment:
The kids mini disco started at 8:30pm which was a perfect time as the evening dinner started at 7:30pm so we would eat and just walk straight over to there after, we always got a table to watch the shows which was brilliant. The shows were ok and good enough for the kids they were all fixated on them.
They had little toy machines on site too which my kids loved €1 each and they were happy!
Aqua park:
The aqua park is about an 8 minute walk from reception or you can get the bus from inside the park which is free. We went all inclusive plus so entry to the Aquapark was free for us, the place is massive ! Soo many pools / slides for everyone and loads of sunbed areas. We booked my girls to go to the mermaid school which they loved! Only thing I will say is the water that they go in to have a swim with the mermaid tails on is very deep 1.5metres so not great for non swimmers, however my daughter who can’t swim had her armbands on and they provided a noodle float and also held my little ones hand so they could join in. They have a snack bar upstairs which we could use for free with our wristbands so had lunch up there they did burger chips, hotdogs, fish and chips drinks etc..
Our overall experience was excellent, we flew with jet2 and will definitely be flying with them again I can’t recommend this place enough! It’s perfect for kids!
We even got left a little bottle of bubbly in our room to say thank you.

We loved this resort and haven’t been anywhere similar. Beautiful pools overlooking the elephants/camels/deer which is a lovely experience and small pools suitable for our 4 year old. We found the resort to be clean and pretty. Anytime access to the zoo and water park really broke it up for us as we visited the zoo several times exploring a different part each time which was great. The zoo has lots of shaded areas and we really enjoyed going (although some sad elements with the enclosures being small for the animal size). Great park inside and beautiful walking through the Avery, we did this a few times as it’s a short distance from the resort. The food was plentiful and had allergy signs on the food labels at the buffet. Very handy having the wristbands that open the lodges. There is a drinks cup recycling service so you hire a plastic cup for €1 and exchange it for your next drink which helps keep poolside clear. Lodges cleaned daily, good aircon in the main room and blackout curtains perfect. soft drinks restocked in the mini fridge and clean towels daily.
We thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely return!!!
Cons: the lodges are all on hillside so not recommended for people with mobility issues. There can be smells of sewerage around the resort at times. The lodge size (2 bed Polynesian lodge) suited my family of 2 adults and a 4 year old. It is a bit of a squeeze with older children or family of 4 although good to have 2 en suites.
Recommendations: Regular buggy service to take people to/from restaurants back to their lodges (can be tough walking up steep hills to in the heat with small children/push chairs). Improvement needed in the quality of the mattress in the lodge as ours was very hard. Air con/small fan in the small bedroom would be ideal as had to sleep with door open because it gets so hot in there. Mini disco/entertainment outside by the restaurant from 5-7pm would be great before dinner as our little one was always too tired to stay up for evening entertainment. Stock of fresh fruit at the pool bar, while awesome to have big portions of crisps and nuts etc, some fresh fruit also would be great. It would also be beneficial to have the self serve soft drink dispenser ant the pool bar and Estrella (like in restaurants) to reduce queues.

To start we were 3rd in queue to check in and it took over an hour and we were told room would not be ready till 5pm
We were given wrist bands as we were ultra inclusive but no information on what was available or were it was We missed the first two night shows as we waited by the wrong stage due to the advert for the entertainment being next to that stage in two tv monitors
We were also told because we only stayed 3 nights we weren’t entitled to spa , but on last day we were told we were entitled to all facilities including spa but it was to late to book
App never worked so we could not book resterantes. We tried at reception on second day but were told earliest we could book was 8.30 pm we had a 2 year old who was in bed by then so we could not use it.
We used the water park and on one of the slides we were nearly thrown out of it causing a bruise to my wife’s head and cuts on her arm I lost part of a finger nail we were escorted to dr on site and had to sign forms that were in Spanish with no explanation of what we were signing.
Our sink in the room leaked onto all the towels so towels were smelly
Our check out was 10 am we asked if we could book a late check out we were told it was fully booked so we could only have it till 12 and it would be 20 euros but we’re told we could use showers and have towels But our all inclusive stops when we book out so no food or drink till we were picked up at 8.30 pm
We were then told to use outside shower to have a wash
Eventually they let us use the disabled toilet in camping section to get a shower
Most of our problems could be solved with a simple leaflet in the room explaining how to do stuff or were entertainment was on etc .
Staff though they say there trying to help did not help
One lady there was excellent Teresa (hope I spelt that correct ) she was so helpful sorting out a shower for us and some free drinks while we sat at bar waiting for coach
If you go make sure you book late check out with your booking temperature was 40 degrees and we were sweaty and dehydrated so you do need room and place to shower I’m not complaining about the heat I love it hot . And if we were told we’re everything was and how to book stuff most of my complaints could of been avoided.

Guests receive all the information about our services and facilities in the Welcome Letter given at Check-in, at the daily presentation of the resort at the Plaza de la Amistad at 11:00 a.m, in our app and on the resort signage. Ultra all-inclusive guests have access to our themed restaurants (1 for 1 to 4 nights and 3 for 5 nights or more), welcome pack with daily minibar refill, 1 hour spa session (minimum 4 nights), visits to other Magic establishments (20% discount on drinks and meals), our new beach club Maui on the beachfront, excursion package (minimum 4 nights) and Pizza delivery service to the lodge. All is subject to capacity, availability and opening calendar. As stated on our website and on the customer's voucher, the all-inclusive starts at 12 midday on the day of arrival and ends at 12 midday on the day of departure. According to legal regulations the check-out time in establishments such as Magic Natura is 10 am. Guests can still use our facilities and the zoo and water park on the day of departure. If they want to continue using our bars and restaurants they can buy our happy return pack until 18:00 for only 25€ per adult at Reception. Late Check Out can be booked at Reception for €10 per hour, subject to availability. Just got back this week and was a great trip with a 1 and 12 year old. Such a lovely place, clean and plenty to do with the zoo and water park. It is hilly due to the location it is built on there is a bus that goes around in a circle to take you around if you don’t want to walk also takes you to Benidorm centre if you wish. The reusable cup system was good pay a euro each, give card to bar and they serve drinks, refunded at check out. Food was ok, nothing amazing but good choice, could always find something to eat. Fruit, pastries, cakes, chocolate fountain, salads, meat, cheeses, hot dishes & veg. Small Children food station. Ice cream freezer to help-self from throughout the day or ice cream van open certain times. We went earlier when opens to avoid the crowds, breakfast at 8am was always quiet for our stay. Little shop on site selling essentials , was handy having shower gel and shampoo in the lodges was nice product to. We loved the zoo & amazing it is part of the site, water park looked amazing to we didn’t go in but walked around it. We stayed by the little pools near reception, was often quiet and my son loved it. One miserable Bar lady we came across at this pool, didn’t seem to want to serve and had a very miserable look, even raised her eyebrows when we asked for some doughnuts, excuse me paid enough to be here I will order some doughnuts for my son! Language barrier so didn’t bother to say. Lodge was lovely had a 2 bed one bathroom was perfect and very clean. Fridge bar restocked everyday. Check in says 3pm on jet2 but told 5pm which is far to late luckily ours was ready at 2.30pm but only knew as I asked if not may not of known as my phone wasn’t on roaming. Pools don’t open until 10am which I feel Is to late and closes again at 8pm. Pools were a tad cold but once in it’s fine. Go on the app to book pizza delivery (was very nice) to your lodge and the themed restaurants (we didn’t use) also gaming room was a fab addition for my 12 year old. Laundry room to use 4 euro for a wash and 3 euro to dry just by reception. We hired a car from airport and drove around Benidorm and stopped off at the quieter beaches very cheap car hire in Spain. We will be back and overall a fab holiday.

What more can we say about this complex than AMAZING. From day 1 we were made to feel like royalty everything was perfect from the reception staff to the entertainment staff . Food⁵ was varied daily, with something different to eat everyday for all tastes. So much to do around the complex I did however struggle to get my children out of the game experience (damn you fortnite) in the unprecedented times at the moment(covid 19) we never had an issue evertthongbwas impeccably cleaned throughout the day . Cabin cleaned and towels changed daily. We will be booking this remarkable resort again.

Overall we were really disappointed in this hotel. 1. The food. For the most part it was bland and lacking in variety with the same sorts of things put out day after day. We have never stayed in a 4* hotel that does not have themed nights such as a Spanish night or an Indian night. We were relieved to be able to come home after 7 days as we couldn't face another day of eating the same things. Another issue is the snacks. Being at the main pool in the day the only snacks you could get from the bar were crisps, doughnuts or muffins. Any other food was at the main restaurant which was at least a 5 minute walk away uphill. Finally over the course of the trip all 3 of us had a sickness bug. From speaking to other guests we were not alone and have stayed at hotels in mainland Spain before and never had any issues.
2. Meal times. The overall atmosphere is overwhelming. It is far too busy and the rooms were simply too full and the date of our visit only 2 out of 3 dining rooms were in use. For the most part the catering staff seemed to be trying their hardest but i felt they, too, were overwhelmed. Quite often tables weren't turned round very quickly adding to the feel of overcrowding as guests are wandering round looking for tables. Given the volume of guests I was surprised at how few waiting staff are on duty. This was also evidenced at the premium restaurants. We visited twice and the service was frantic and disjointed both times and booking all inclusive plus to access these was a complete waste of money. Eating your food should be one of the highlights of the holiday yet added to the above issues with food itself meant we were often relieved just to get out of there.
3. Then there is the issue of communication. Clearly on such a large site you cannot just casually pop down to reception so the app is a good idea, or at least it would be if the WiFi was consistent. It regularly dropped out during our stay, once for more than 24 hours. A 4* hotel, large site or not, simply should not be having such issues in 2022!
4. This hotel is not set up for children under 4. It is completely unacceptable that they should be charging for cots!! Additionally the second bedroom with bunk beds was not large enough to accommodate the cot. Noone goes on holiday to watch TV but to have so few channels for young children, which most of the time didn't work anyway as the Internet was down, is not acceptable.
Some positive points are that the room was kept immaculate, as others have said, and the foam party was a real surprise! We were only able to observe the entertainment staff at the mini disco but they seemed to be really good.
Nonetheless we shall not be returning!!

There is mash and scrambled eggs etc at the buffet but I don’t think the chefs would blend the food for you, the shops sells bottled water and I think the vending machines sell baby food but I would prob bring jars and pouches with you just incase, or there is an Aldi nearby where you could stock up x
"There is huge parking. The hotel has organised transport to the city center and some beaches in Benidorm. Free visit to the zoo and aqua park as well."
There are more places to choose from in the Benidorm area.
