These apartments are a must for couples who want the quieter part of town.block 1 has stunning views of the watersports, and across the bay.The apartments were spotlessly clean and well kitted out.A short walk to the strip and other lively bars if you are interested.

Stayed here for a week in block 2. Arrived late at night, dropped off at the Burger King and have to pick up keys at the mont park hotel which is fine, however we were not made aware of this so had to find a nearby bar after trying a supermarket who informed us how to get inside. We were told We were staying 7 nights, however our keys said 6. Tried to call hotel A few times over the next day and no answer, went to the main hotel also although google Maps leads you to a random area in the strip. Eventually got through but there is no service whatsoever. If there were any immediate problems I have no clue what we would have done as it is so difficult To contact the hotel. Room was nice with beach view and a roomy living room And okay bathroom, although only Towels. No soap, no toilet roll, nothing. So we had to go and buy some. We were really only there for a bed but would Not return as there was too many inconveniences.

I am disgusted. I stayed at the apartments,Do not visit this place. It is Colab with "The Mont hotel" where you need to check in at which we weren't told. We were handed keys and told to find our room, not shown where to go. We were not asked for deposit or security box. We lost our key,I have Epilepsy and other seizures disorders. I have received brain surgery it is imperative I have my medication, we reported to reception and was told We had to wait for the manager the next day. This was an emergency and they did have access to our room but refused to let us in. The language barrier was so hard my carer wrote a note on Google translate and had to speak to emergency services to get us in as we weren't believed I had a medical condition which is discrimination it was only after they let us in. The later the day I had 4 seizures due to lack of sleep and stress meaning I lost alot of my holiday. They were constantly rude and awful. I was truly heartbroken.

Room wasn’t too bad but service was awful. The foyer was unmanned so there was no one to complain to. Stayed for a week and room wasn’t cleaned once so had no fresh towels between 3 of us. Dogs were allowed to stay and one man let their dog foul the lift without cleaning it up!! The was no where to leave your cases after having to leave the apartment at 11 when flying at 11 at night and an outside shower to refresh before your flight home, as I said Never Again

Wasn't sure what to expect as great price through Booking.com. 7 of us in a 1bed and 2 bed apartments. Very spacious, super clean, fridge freezer, washing machine. Assumed we would have balconies but very few Benidorm apartments have them, didn't miss one. Use of great pool at hotel across the road. Only thing missing - bath mat. Definitely recommend for couples or groups of adults.
